Teeth cleaning service is good. Dentists are very kind and helpful. BUT one of the receptionists is rude with bad attitude. Single-handedly ruined customer experience all by herself. Follow-up: Very thoughtful call back from manager Phoebe. Thank you for valuing feedback. Just wanna be nice after receiving kind gesture. Hope it won't happen again.

I love this dentist office. They treat you like family. My kids and I have been going to them for years. I highly recommend.

I always have a pleasant time when I visit And get a teeth cleaning. The ladies over there are very nice and make you feel at ease. 5 stars !

I did the crown with Dr. Zhang, and my insurance carrier is Delta National Coverage, which should cover 50%, but no idea why this dentistry cannot get the other 50% from the insurance company. Then they charged me full price around $1350. Unbelievable.

Just came out there from a deep clean and it only took 10 mins for my right side. ( did my left with different dentist in this place). Waited for 30 mins but it only took 10 mins for her to do my deep clean. No a single drop of blood when I was trying to rising it. The month before when I was doing my normal half year cleaning with the other dentist was longer then this. Thanks Dr. Zheng. So pay my money at the front desk and told them never call me again. People there are very nice but only Dr Zheng think you are stupid.

My daughter and I are patients here, they are very kid friendly which I love and made my daughter feel really comfortable. As an adult I've made every excuse to not go to the dentist, but all of that changed when I seen how great they were with my daughter. I became a patient as well. After the appointments I've had, I always left feeling great and at ease with the job they have done! I would really recommend getting any work done here!

Love going to access dental! The people are always so nice and hardworking. I get my teeth cleaned there and have had braces put on by them. My teeth are coming together so well now and my jaw is finally aligned again!

Is it normal to visit the dentist more than 5 times due to a filling they did that never felt right, but it felt continuously sensitive after they replaced the filling? If it wasn't sensitive before they decided to drill a hole and replace the old perfectly fine filling, why is the tooth still sensitive after they did? Got it done in February, it is JUNE now and I only chew on one side of my mouth because the tooth is still super sensitive. That's ridiculous! $180, to replace a filling is alot, and get sensitivity as the final product. Let's get real don't know whether the dentist was tired, but if a customer pays money for a service, honor the fact that they deserve what they paid for which is a normal filling. I've paid less than that for a filling and never in my life have I had a problem at other dental places!

They called me for six months regular tooth cleaning. The lady gave me couple option and I pick Tuesday at 10:00 am . When I got there, they are like you don't have any appointment.She didn't even try to ask me if I can come later on or day after . Not going back again !!!

Best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr Zhang and the staff there are great. Had deep cleaning done and two wisdom teeth removed. They make sure you're comfortable and do a great job. They return calls or emails quickly and really make you feel like you're the only patient there. Couldn't recommend them more.
