If negative integers were available.....My initial bust went excellently. But, after cracking a tooth and needing emergency care, no call backs were forthcoming. The outgoing message vomits up all kinds of threats for immediate termination. I am still at a loss for the abrupt and disturbing lack of professionalism

Everybody was really nice. I liked Dr. Rose Great dentist.. 1 girl at the desk was very rude. She was on the phone talking for a long time without even noticing me.

The main doctor (Rose) is VERY RUDE to her own staff let alone clients. She did work on me that wasn't the greatest and then proceeded to tell me I DID not get the work done by her! Pretty sure they are charging for things that are not being done as well.

Horrible!!!! they never answer the phone ! I've been trying to get ahold of them to get my x-rays sent to another place because I can never get ahold of them! The lady who answeres the phone was very rude and was rushing me off the phone .. the only time that I did get in contact with someone.

Everyone is soooo nice! They kept me up to date on the next steps of my appointment as well as my next appointments. They also have taken multiple measures to keep everything clean.

Clean, sanitary, professional. Staff very nice & accommodating. They followed all covid procedures. They explain everything they are doing so there us no confusion

Dr. Rose is a Excellent dentist. She is gentle during procedures and does BRILLIANT work. She cares about her patients and her staff is Knowledgeable, Experienced, and Professional. They make sure your comfortable during your procedure and go out of their way to do so!!!

This was my daughters third dentist appointment; she's two. The first two only cleaned until she tolerated and that wasn't much AT ALL. Our visit to Access Dental was different. The woman that walked us back gave us a tour of the upcoming kids room and made us feel at home. The woman that cleaned her teeth was SO amazing with her. My daughter went along with the cleaning about 75% of the way, which was a HUGE improvement, then I was asked to hold her in a better position to complete the cleaning. I really appreciated the effort and completeness of our visit. We will definitely return!

Dr. Rose always has an excellent hygienist, and staff in general. Dr. Rose herself is very nice, gives good advice, does great work, and has top notch equipment.
