Groton dentist Dr. Ali received his Doctor of Dentistry Degree from Washington DC in 1996 after which he moved to upstate New York for his Residency and fell in love with the area. He has been serving the Central New York community ever since and is a proud member of the Ithaca and Cortland Dental Society.
Dr. Alis Groton dental office, Access Dental Care, has grown primarily due to numerous referrals from existing patients. Our office truly believes in providing a stress free environment and anxiety free dentistry. Your Groton dentist is recognized in the community as a friendly and competent dentist who provides high quality dental care.
Dr. Ali is a member of various professional organizations, including the American Dental Association. He frequently travels across the country, attending conferences, training seminars and lectures to update his professional skills and implement them at Grotons trusted family dentistry, Access Dental Care.

Agree with what Gage says above. Not clean. Building, equipment and grounds in disrepair. Temp crown/filling fell out in less than 24 hours. Came back to put the crown on. They had the assistant, not the dentist modify the crown. In the end the crown did not fit and they had to order another one. We were really hoping this was our last visit to this office but now we have to come back for the second crown. The explanation of the procedure and all the visits was confusing. I feel like nothing in this office was done correctly and procedures that should be done by the dentist is being done by an assistant. We will not be back after the second crown is hopefully put in place this time.

What type of dentist sees ya kids for over 10 years then says we're not accepting your insurance anymore so now we have to find a new dentist without any warning I went one day ago for a check-up the today for work to walk out after hesring after this week we'll no longer accept your insurance...so no teeth worked on n now we get to start over with a stranger....the professional thing todowould be to maybe let your clients know before they show up you make the decisions them you should explain that to the ppl, don't leave it to the receptionist n nurses....this decision affects many more than me and they will bejust as surprised as I was and disappointed smh

Disgusting and a rip off. Dr Ali has no idea what he's doing for one. The equipment is Disgusting, broken and outdated. I can buy better equipment on amazon. The woman who took my X rays was too lazy to press the button herself so I had to press the button for her every single time. The assistant was coughing the whole time which was very gross and The other lady would smoke cigarettes and not even wash her hands. I came in for a wisdom tooth that I needed pulled and they said they couldn't do it, I would need an oral surgeon. So they set me up with another date and and I came in 2 days later for then to try and do all sorts of work besides pull my wisdom tooth. Avoid this place like it's the plauge. I'm filing complaints and hopefully they get shut down. Flat out Disgusting and scary.

Had a painful tooth infection and they were able to see me same day. They were very nice and caring. I can't be more grateful for them seeing me the same day I needed the help.

Avoid this place like the plague. They will do unnecessary work and say you have cavities. Other dentists will give you the truth and say you don't. Then, if you are unfortunate enough to have work done here, high chance it will be messed up and cause you pain for years. Just don't.

Avoid this place like the plague. They will do unnecessary work and say you have cavities. Other dentists will give you the truth and say you don't. Then, if you are unfortunate enough to have work done here, high chance it will be messed up and cause you pain for years. Just don't.

I switched to All Access Dental after having severe mouth pain and issues from a previous incompetent dentist. Dr. Ali and his team at All Access are wonderful. Not only are they friendly and accommodating but they all know what they are doing and work together as a well oiled machine. I couldn't be happier with the results of their work and I'm now pain free. I definitely highly recommend Dr. Ali!!

They completely messed up my teeth. They give root canals that dont need to be done and totally messed up a crown. It looks so ugly. Very Nice people but horrible at the actual work they do.
