Took 2 years to get in for an appointment out here in Dodgeville. I wouldn't recommend people of color visit this site if you'd like to be treated with respect. You will get the least they can get away with. You will have no idea what's going on. You will not be prepped for any procedure. I had to look up what was going to happen on YouTube. When I got my temporary teeth they were brown. They never used the strip to match the color. My son went to be seen. They took one X-ray and pulled a tooth. Maybe we should have X-rayed his entire mouth?! They wouldn't let him make another appointment to have his entire mouth. Looked at. This is what our taxes pay for.

I am the biggest chicken at the thoughts that go through my head about having my bad teeth removed but the nurse and doctors are awesome and they DO numb you up to where you cant feel it TRUST me and do NOT believe any of these bad reviews that you see because they are not true.

Only go here for cleanings! Make sure to get a second opinion, it seems like the older male dentist (if you could even call him that) wants to rip everyone's teeth out! I went to Madison to the Familia Family Dentistry and they saved my tooth! I was only in my mid 20s why would u want to try and ruin someones teeth. Not only that he was telling me I should use metallic fillings on my bottom teeth because they cant be seen and they are stronger than the ceramic fillings which is FALSE this guy is so old school stay away nobody wants metal in their mouth anymore! He needs to educate himself more on his own practice...

I have severe anxiety about the dentist and horrible teeth so any time I had dental work done (I use to live in IL) I was given a valume, then laughing gas, and if an extraction was taking place I also needed IV sedation like that's how bad it is. So now I live out here my insurance has changed making my options very slim and I'm 17 weeks pregnant with like the most insanely bad tooth ache. I went to a dentist in mauston and walked out in the middle of the appointment due to my anxiety and their very rude staff I continued my antibiotic tooth pain went away but of course came back now so I found this place an hour away for an emergency appointment to see if they could help and they did!!!! The assistant Lady named Sheng was incredibly calming and sweet but without treating me like a child. She was honestly perfect and the dentist was straight forward and fast about getting this molar out! I was a nervous wreck, and my face wouldn't get numb (another issue I have with dentists they never believe me when I tell them I'm not numb and can feel it still) but this dentist knew what we was doing! It wasn't pleasant I won't lie the amount of shots it took and the nerves it was hitting but it was SUCCESSFUL he actually listened to me and didn't make me feel dumb or rushed. And then he got the tooth out quickly. I didn't have to sit thru lectures on brushing my teeth or not eating sugar like I don't already know that at my age, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff or push me to come back for more work wich they are well aware I need. They understood I'm pregnant in pain and had anxiety so what I needed what just what they did and I honestly have never been able to rate a dental office with 5 stars ever so thank you! Oh and the front desk lady was super friendly and welcoming as well.

Very clean & sanitary facility. Professional receptionists, Dentists, & Techs. They always get me in when I have an emergency!

My daughter and I came in to try to fix a filling that was done by them. It was very sensitive to cold and hot after they worked on it. Never had the issue before. While working on me she hit a nerve and I about flew off the chair! I was numb but I felt that! So I knew something was wrong....So I called and I got on the waiting list since there was no appointments open and my daughter and I sat there for five hours before anybody came out. They took an x-ray of the tooth that they filled and sent me back to the waiting room and I had to wait for another hour. Then they came out and said the dentist was to scared to work on my tooth that needed a root canal. So I wasted my whole day and my daughters sitting there and they didn't do anything for me, but put me on pain killer and antibiotics which I didn't need. It wasn't infected. My tooth was inflamed and irritated because she hit a nerve. Also on top of all that they were going to prescribe me Tylenol with codeine for pain killer which I am allergic to the codeine! They have record of that in their files because they ask me every time! So then I waited another five minutes so she could change the prescription to something I wasn't allergic to. I will never go back there again. Why the heck did they make me wait 6 hours to tell me NO they won't help me! They referred me to an endodontist and I got my root canal but it is still throbbing where she hit the nerve. Horrible customer service!!
