A native of Western Pennsylvania, Dr. Mangiarelli completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Westminster College and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University Of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where she continued to maintain Deans List status. She then received a certificate in Orthodontics from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
A native of Quito, Ecuador, David A. Beltran, DMD moved to Central Florida in 1993. He attended the University of South Florida with a Presidential Scholarship and a Piano Scholarship, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Periodontology from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Beltran is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology. He specializes in all aspects of periodontal treatment, including regenerative and cosmetic surgical procedures, the placement of dental implants and surgical removal of third molars.

My daughter is currently in Orthodontic treatment with Dr. Mangiarelli and we could not be happier with the results. The office and entire staff of both Dr. Mangiarelli and Dr. Beltran are one of the best in Orlando and I would not take my family anywhere else. Thank you to the entire staff and awesome doctors for all that you do!

This place only cares about money. They are trying to be rude when asking for payment and we never make any late payments to them. That front desk lady called and looking for her payment right now over the phone. But we already told them to call us to stop by to pay before the appointment. She prefers to cancel the appointment instead of saying << Can you stop by tomorrow to make the payment so we can confirm your Friday appointment? Very very unprofessional!!!

My daughter supposed to get her treatment done on 11/04/22 front desk lady told my husband she called us for to stop by for the down payment when they on 10/31/22 at 5 pm i was at work my husband to she said If i can do payment over the phone you pays over the phone i said no cause I'm at work i can stop in next day in the morning she was very rude nasty she no i will cancel the appointment for when you paying but it's about money the appointment it's on next 4 days I'm gonna cancel the treatment plan not going to that place anymore

I am so happy to have found Dr. Mangiarelli and her staff! I had always felt uncomfortable with dental visits let alone deciding to get braces at nearly fifty years old. Dr. Mangiarelli was professional and caring from the beginning. She truly made a difference and I stuck through the whole process because she really wanted the best results for me. Today I can't believe how great my teeth look and feel. I am more comfortable now and smile way more. I am really grateful for the care I received.

I started with this establishment 5 years ago when my oldest daughter put on her braces. The experience was so positive that I took my other daughter to put on her braces too. I am also thinking of putting mine on after my daughter finishes her treatment. Dr. Mangiarelli is an excellent doctor and the staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend it 100%.

I did not received the service promised by your promotion. I paid 90 dollars for a New Patient offer of Exam, X-rays and healthy mouth Cleaning. I was not advised beforehand that if I needed a deep cleaning I will not be given a healthy cleaning and lose the money. Paid my money, sat on the chair for an hour just to let me know that they cannot do this. I was told I could not get a cleaning and no partial credit or refund was given for not doing any cleaning work because I did not qualify. If explained before hand, I would have opted for a deep cleaning and not waste anyone's time and money. This is not what it says on the flyer and it is a shame for you to deceit clients in this times of covid. The flyer says limitations apply, well it would be nice to explain those limitation on the flyer or in person after we are brought in with an offer. It is a shame. Dr. Morales is such a sweet heart and you should not put your medical staff to this situations. I am putting a complaint with the BBB, any Public place and an investigation with my Credit card. thanks for nothing. You are a scammer...
