My found out in March during a checkup that he had seven cavities that needed to be filled. I asked for the first available appointment and they said their first available wasn't until July. I asked to be put on a waiting list for any cancellation between March and July but we went ahead and took the July appointment. Jump ahead to July we're in there to get his cavities filled and after about an hour my son and the nurse come out and say he has to come back and get the rest of his cavities filled. I asked why were they not filled at this appointment and they said they ran out of time that they're next available appointment isn't until December. I asked if they knew it was going to take long why didn't they scheduled two appointments in March when they scheduled this appointment and they said they don't schedule two appointments at the same time I said you scheduled a cleaning and a filling in March for two different days why couldn't you do this and they said that's a different kind of appointment. So now my kid has to come back to get fillings filled in December from March of this year but he's got a cleaning in October so if any cavities are found in October I'm guessing those won't be filled until next year? Aren't cavities supposed to be pretty serious I need to be addressed right away? This is ridiculous that you have to wait almost a year to get cavities filled on a child and his teeth are hurting out from the feelings they just did. Also in reading through some of these complaints about oral surgery my daughter needs oral surgery and we were referred to an orthodontist for second opinion who said yes she needs oral surgery to bring her back to this office and have them schedule it I was told that this office doesn't do oral surgery and that I had to schedule it on my own! So now my daughter needs an oral surgery and we're going to have to go to a different location in St Louis. Very frustrated PLEASE read reviews before using this practice. I wouldn't give him any stars but that's not an option.

Highly recommend Accent dental! The staff is very friendly and its got a cool rain forest theme! Dr Keller is excellent and the front desk goes out of its way to make you feel welcome.

Horrible service.My daughter had a appt schedule and confirmed when we arrived for the appointment the staff didn't know anything about the appointment although I received confirmation, wasn't willing to work her in and never apologize for their error.

Worst dentist office ive ever been too! Just removed my kids from the paitent list! Canceled on me twice and hour before the appoitment! Cant reschedule until october 3 months later! The confirmation system is horrible and clearly they have no clue what the heck they are doing! Do not use this place!!!!!!!!

The dental staff are great. The office staff are not, they do not inform you that things are running behind when you enter the office. I waited over 2 hours for my child to get a dental procedure, I was not informed they were running that late until I asked the office myself. I took my child in for their 6 month check up, we arrived 15 minutes early, I waited till 20 minutes past the appointment time before approaching the office, they informed me they were running behind due to staffing. I am a very understanding person but I do not understand why the office would not inform their patients upon arrival they are running late. Patients time is just as valuable as the drs, we all have lives and jobs to be at. I was not the only upset parent in there.

This place was simply amazing. I originally was trying to get in at the Brentwood location but they told me they couldn't see my children until December Called back a week later and was given the number to Wentzville and they were able to get in within a couple of days. They were very nice and fast. I have to drive 45 minutes to get there that's the only thing. I wish there were more offices that accept Medicaid in St. Louis county with this same service.

We absolutely love accent dental. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists to the Dentists themselves, our last appointment we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Todd who is the owner of the practice and he was so wonderful. Our daughter was going under anesthesia and he made us feel so comfortable. We so fortunate to have found Accent

I schedule my 3 year old a appointment here, i arrive 10 minutes prior. I dropped my mask in the parking lot went inside and asked if they had a mask she told me she could not serve me or give me a mask but i had five minutes if i wanted to run to a store. IF YOU ARE REQUIRING MASK PROVIDE SOME JUST IN CASE! Absolutely rude about it i cancelled the appointment we will not be back.

My son had his first exam and the assistant was amazing with him. We got through the whole exam with no tears and he left happy. I would recommend them to anyone with kiddos.

My son was told to be there today at 12:30 for dental surgery with a Mercy team that came in for 1 o'clock apt. We weren't even called back & checked on till 2:30. Waiting 2 hours at a dentist is unacceptable. Then the surgey/ recovery was another over 2 hr wait. The staff up front were rude. However the dentist & nurses here are amazing. I know others that take their kids here & say the wait time upon arrival is always a half hour to a hour after apt time. Which leads me to believe they are too booked up and over scheduling. Another patient's mom there today was telling me she was waiting in loby almost a hour to be seen. If you want to get your kids teeth cleaned and spend half a day away than this is the place to come. Because they do take their time for whatever reason.
