Having a dentist you can trust will really put you at ease. First thing I noticed is Dr Wu punctuality, being able to be seated less than 10 mins is a plus for me. My root canal's was quick and done with care. I must say 5 stars

First time visit for cleaning and consultation for braces, and I quickly had absolute confidence in his ability, very patiently to Listened & answered all our questions and concerns. Knowledgeable and Obviously knows what he's doing and Intently focused on the task he's working on. I am happy I ended up in the right hands. Staff- Helpful as well, aswered all questions, no complaints .

Dr. Wu is the BEST dentist I've ever had in my life. He and every member of his staff are personable, patient, and super attentive to your needs. He's done my dental and orthodontic work for years, and he completed my braces without taking out extra teeth like some other places wanted to. They are LIFE SAVERS and a MIRACLE WORKERS!!! My teeth are perfect now, and they also help me keep them that way. TRUST DR WU WITH YOUR SMILE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! :)

Even 1 star is alot for this place. Unprofessional staff. The assistant could not even do the x-ray . She did 3 times and still she couldn't get an accurate one. Dr Wu explains everything very good but his work is not the best. I don't go back to this place.

I started going to Dr Wu and his wife's practice, Accent Dental- Frisco location, before or right after the pandemic started. Can't remember all the details- those COVID days are starting to fade with once painful memories losing their grips on our brain memory muscles...But, I sure hope that all of us learned to treat each other with utmost respect, kindness and acceptance. Anyways, my dearest Accent Dental team, please forgive me for not completing my promise to you to write this Google review sooner. I was trying my best to balance between my OCD, Bipolar and ADHD. When I mentioned my over-the-moon satisfaction with Dr. Wu's care and practice, with all staff's friendliness and the cost and quality of care I am now accustomed to Dr. Wu, he told me that he would NEVER request a patient to write reviews against their own full will. To that, I assured him that, I wanted to write this review on my own, because he is THE BEST dentist I've ever worked with. He made a night-guard for me to save my teeth, took 3-4 extra amount of effort and time to make sure it fits well within my mouth and charged only around $140 for the protective gear and services (versus the $500+ one that my dad's dentist in another city offered) From Day 1, I made it extremely clear with Dr. Wu that 1) my teeth seem to used to get cavity relatively easily, 2) I don't want to remove any of my teeth throughout my lifetime AND 3) I suffered from ADHD, Bipolar I with Psychosis and OCD from time to time. Dr. Wu and his staff have always been so patient with me; they would handle extra paperworks for me to ease the strain on my ADHD brain, would not judge me for having bipolar and taking Abilify at that time and would be completely open for me to wash my hands at least 3-4 times in the clinic per visit to satisfy my OCD tendencies. They treated me better than my own family; they accepted me for who I am. For all the above reasons, I am forever grateful to Accent Dental, its caregivers and owners and its most capable and friendliest staff. Patty

I love coming to this office, Dr. Wu and Christa are always accommodating and patient with me. I've had my teeth cleaned here and am currently getting my braces with them. So far it looks great!

This office was very patient with me, I spoke with Christa and she went out of her way to verify my insurance. Unfortunately my insurance was out of network but once I'm able to switch it I will definitely be going!

Never had any invasive procedures done on my teeth before. And I was happy and surprised by how well he did my filling. I would recommend him to anyone I meet who needs a dentist. He is that great!

Went there twice in the past year as a family, and both times the receptionist tried to make us pay the full amount for procedures that were 90% covered by my insurance. The first time, we were asked to pay 90% since insurance would only cover 10%. I called my insurance and they let me know we only needed to pay 10%. We got it sorted out, and I gave the receptionist the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. However, we had to go back a few months later for my child's tooth extraction and they pulled this same tactic again. The receptionist tried to charge us for the full amount, and we had to point out again that my insurance covers 90%. There are no excuses for this (they had all of my insurance information in their system) so the only explanation is that they are pulling this deceptive tactic on purpose. Don't trust them and I'm never going back.

Made a day of appointment when I was in desperate need of taking off my invisalign attachments. This was one of the only places that would help me with this and they did a great job. Dr. Wu was very friendly and helpful.
