I used to take my daughter to this place. Never again. We had to get transferred to another place because we were not satisfied with Dr. Broussard's care. He does not have good beside manners. My daughter has an overbite and she wears her rubber bands all the time. Instead of changing the plan, he was quick to blame her when her bite didn't change even though it was only because of how her tounge is set in her mouth

The entire staff is amazing. From the Orthodontist, to the assistants, to the front office staff. Everyone is so kind and personable. The office is clean, comfortable, and spacious. They work with you financially and truly deliver excellent customer service. I am a transfer from another office and on my first visit here I felt like I had been going to Dr. Broussard for a long time. Madison is a jewel. Love it here!

I'm giving it a 4 star because one of the nurses was extremely rude didn't make me feel welcomed .She gave me the meanest looks to me that make me feel very uncomfortable in the office. Also, this nurse should make you feel comfortable while working on you not on how the nurse feels to work on the patient. I love Dr Broussard and how he worked on me I will definitely recommend him to anyone.

My experience at Dr. Ballards office was outstanding. The staff are very courteous. The office building is very beautiful and clean. My appointment times were always on time and I was never there longer than expected. I had no problems with financing my braces. I highly recommend Dr. Bellard and his staff for your orthodontic needs.
