Dr Levy was my oral surgeon and also treated me for tmj for years. He has treated members of my family and has always been very courteous and the best dentist/oral surgeon and only one I have ever trusted.

First I'll say that I'm not someone who writes reviews, but this needs to be said. We should have read the last 2 reviews before we came. My Fiance has a molar broken off and a wisdom tooth bothering her for months. So she decided to just go ahead and pull the other wisdom tooth also. We get there and she goes in. WITHIN 10 MINS the nurse calls for me and pulls me aside to ask me if my fiance has a history of mental issues.... I assured he that she didn't. She told me that they pulled 1 tooth and she became inconsolable and they could not proceed for their safety. They pulled the wisdom tooth that didn't even bother her. They pulled it with her fully awake and aware and without the anesthesia be given time to work. She is in excruciating pain and has been since we left the office 3 hours ago. Every dr makes mistakes, but it seems like this is a trend. Sombody needs to do something. *side note* As we where leaving, I apologized to the nurse who wheeled her to the car and she was very nice, but when I apologised she said, "It happens all the time". It happens all the time.

This was a horrible place to go. First off they didn't numb my 18 year old daughter. When she told them she wasn't numb they tied her arms down. Then when she was still telling them the Dr told her to shut up. This was for a wisdom tooth removal she shouldn't have felt anything.

I had a tooth cut out today and it was the worst experience I've ever had. And this is not the first time I've had one removed. The nitrous felt like it wasn't on at all, they gave me an iv of but I never felt it. They gave me 3 numbing shots around the tooth and it never went numb. The doctor started the procedure immediately before any of the above kicked in. I kept telling him I could feel it and it was hurting and the nurse just kept telling me to take a deep breath, I assuming from the nitrous which wasn't on. At one point they had another nurse come in to hold my hand down ( the other one was strapped down!) the only reason I didn't come out of that chair was because I was given 2 Xanax. Which helps your relax BUT IT DOESNT HELP WITH PAIN!!! I will NEVER use or recommend this place!!!
