Because your child is a minor, the proper written consent from a parent or legal guardian will be needed before any child can be seen. If the child is being brought by someone other than his/her Parent of Legal Guardian, we must have a written & signed consent form from the Parent/Legal Guardian before any treatment is rendered. Treatment will not be rendered unless proper consent is given. No child under 18 years of age is to be left unattended. Parent or Guardian must be present during the duration of your visit. In order to ensure safe and complete treatment for your child, it will be necessary to complete a medical history form. If you need assistance completing this form, please feel free to ask our reception staff. New medical histories will be required everysix monthsand an updated informationis required once a year.

They don't understand the difference between typical children and special needs children. I waited an hour and thirty minutes just to be told to fill out a form even though I told them at the beginning that would be the case. I had to call four times to change a schedule, nobody cared to return my calls

Dr Wood's did a wonderful job in protecting and doing a prevention service on my child's teeth. I couldn't be more happy with all there service. And, he did the necessary procedures in a timely manner.

By far the worst experience we've had at the dentist. We've waited for 1 hr and 30 min since we got here. They are far from punctual with our appointment and during an advisory heat wave, above all. We have to wait in an outside lobby while the lobby inside is closed. Many people have come in about an hour after us and have gotten their appointment before we have. And supposedly, our appointment wouldn't take long. This has been a giant waste of our time.

Not only do they lie to your face about one dr where about but I was told I have to go to one dentist in a different part of TN so my son can get the help he needs and the location is not only far but I can not get out there. This is by far the worst dentist office to take a child and they take there time doing there job.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. From the receptionist, the hygienists and all the way to the dentist, we are greatly satisfied with this office.

My son whom is 6 had to get 4 teeth pulled. He did great because he was in great hands. The entire team was so friendly!! I recommend AC dentistry to all my friends and family. Stars all the way!!!!

We had a great experience today with my kids who are almost 2 and 4. They sat in chairs beside each other to get their teeth cleaned at the same time and watched little TVs on the ceiling. The dentist and hygienists were quick and great with children. We had some crying and whining at the beginning but the staff made them both comfortable and they left excited about their clean and shiny teeth.

Very crowded on certain days limited seating and your child is not always guaranteed to see the same dentist my son is use to the regular dentist he sees when we go there seeing a new face in a dentist makes kids uneasy sometimes. And it sucks that they're not open Monday through Friday only Monday through Wednesday according to the receptionist I called.

I love this dentist and the office.My son isn't scared plus they entertain them in multiple ways.Also he made sure i was aware of and got all his work done in one surgery
