They have rescheduled my appointments FOUR times. I only go here because no one else will take my insurance. Do NOT go here. EVER.

If you're looking for a dentist and considering absolute Dental. I definitely recommend this specific office. I relocated offices because of a move to different cities but also because of the way i was treated at another office. So comparatively speaking this office make you feel welcome and cared about. They actually want to fix the problems. Not just push you out to get another butt in your chair. You're more than just a source of income here.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. I made an appointment with the Carson City office, it was over a month wait. I showed up early on the day of my appointment just to be told the dentist decided not to come in that day so I'd have to reschedule. They made no effort to get me in quickly, instead they made me another appointment, again over a month away. I rescheduled and decided I'd be patient. The day before my second appointment I get a call and again they cancelled my appointment. Complete incompetence, they've got no respect for their client's time and at this point I wouldn't let them anywhere near my teeth. Save yourself time and a giant headache.

Poor customer service, it's pretty obvious with the way they treat people they are only concerned about money and what's convenient for them at the time. they are unconcerned about your schedule even if it costs you hundreds of dollars. They come first, not you.

I have gotten a lot of dental work done at this location on Topsy lane. 12 cavity fillings and a root canal to be exact. After 4 months, I am still having complications with my root canal. The pressure I feel inside of it is excruciating. I try to call and schedule appointments to see why this is happening to have it fixed, and the lady at the front, her name is Amanda to be exact is extremely rude. Everytime she answers my calls she is blatantly rude to me. I am literally afraid to even call this location in fear she may answer. Ive also been put on hold for 20 minutes at a time, and have been hung up on. I've never been so defeated with trying to fix my teeth.. And I only have limited time to do so because I am currently pregnant. My root canal was done on front left tooth, if I lose my front tooth because someone didn't do their job correctly, I am going to be devastated.. if I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. If you have medicaid, save yourself and go to the other carson city location..

My wife has been going here for the same reason most people do , she went in for a temporary cap and a filling replacement yet was confused as to why this was not addressed at her previous appointment. Not only is this 5 days post but she is in tremendous pain. In the filling replacement she can't eat ANYTHING Cold or hot because it triggers an intense shooting pain. Her temporary crown not only is too big for her mouth because they did not shave it down but when the lightest pressure is applied it's hurts . After an appointment that should've only taken max 2 hours like all her previous appointments it took closer to 4 and she was in so much pain after this she couldn't speak because opening her mouth hurt so bad she wanted to puke from the pain. I would love to know how a switch in doctors out my wife in the amount of pain when absolute dental has been her dentist for the past few years an pain was never something she suffered from till now . So happy we could go into debt for a place that doesn't care . You are suppose to be there for the people who don't get the luxury of great insurance who need help because they didn't get the golden ticket in life but are still trying to find a way . You are letting people like my wife down . Making her stress an feel like she's nothing because her Insurance isn't anything nice . I hope you treat the next people who are in the same boat a little bit better instead of shaming them with the pressure of payment and insurance before they can even take a seat. Running a business is one thing . Running a business that treats people with heart is another .

The worst experience ever. I would rather be water boarded. Big waist of time. took them over 6 months of apoirments to get my partials fitted with no success. Very unpleasant experience. If you like your mouth stuffed with clay over 6 times and wasting your time this is the place to go wow.

ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF Let me explain what Absolute Dental is. They are the McDonald's of the dental industry. Yes, they will get you in the door with an initial exam of $39 - but then, they will do their level best to up-sell you on ridiculous services that are NOT NEEDED. I went in there for a routine teeth cleaning ($100). Because I was a new patient - I was required to get the X-Rays and Exam ($39). Okay fine. I'll do that. No cavities, btw, and everything else (crowns, etc.) all appear fine. After my initial exam, they brought in a Periodontist to exam my gums. For the record, I have had professional (high-end) dentistry care all of my life - for 62 years. Professional crowns, root canals, routine cleanings and everything all my life. I have NEVER had any problem whatsoever with my gums!!! A year ago I retired and went with a new health insurance plan that did NOT offer dental insurance - hence, why I ended up at Absolute Dental. So, after my exam, the Periodontist says that I have Gum Disease. WHAT? They then sent in the nicely dressed front desk lady (who handles the financing) who proceeds to tell me the "deep cleaning" that I need will cost $1700. "Are you f***ing kidding me?" They REFUSED to do the standard teeth cleaning for $100 as advertised. I literally laughed, stood up from the dental chair and walked out. BYE BYE!!! I would give this ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF of a business zero stars if I could. Their mission is to find suckers who are desperate for cheap service only to get them on a finance plan and upsell them on services they don't really need. Avoid Absolute Dental at all cost. Go to a real dentist, you'll thank me later.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office is so friendly. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I needed done. And Dr. Hock was absolutely awesome. They even called multiple times after surgery to check on me. I totally recommend the Topsy location for all your dental needs
