I started going here when they first opened. 3 years now I believe??? I had troubles with them then . But they have made many changes . The staff are fantastic. And the person who cleaned my teeth this time was excellent. They seem to have put together a good team . I am very pleased with the dental care I receive here . It's convenient to my home . So I'm very glad that they have made many improvements in the past several years.

The entire staff is first class and has done a great job for all my dental needs. From cleanings to extractions to information on options for my periodontal needs including how I can slow down my gum recession.

Everyone at this office is kind, caring and professional. They took my concerns as their own and made my family and me feel like family and not just another client, especially Sandy, she made me feel like a friend. I'm very thankful for all of them.

This place is absolutely awful! Had me scheduled for 4 months for a oral surgery, then called me 2 days before my appointment and said they no longer accept my insurance.

Doctors Paymon Mehryar and Satyam Joshi were wonderful! The procedure was a complete success. Dr. Satyam Joshi was particularly compassionate and attentive. I was anxious before the procedure, but Dr. Satyam took extra time to answer all my questions in a kind and supportive manner; I can tell he is passionate about his work and that he really cares about his patients. Thank you!

Dr Nick bauter is the worst orthodontist . I was his patient at Bortho, he destroyed my teeth. He has no idea how to line up the rear bite on your teeth and will blame it on you. In the end my is smashed the teeth inward on my jaw and collapsed my right arch. My two front teeth we lopsided. I'm sure he did it out of spite. Do not see this orthodontist.

Sandy and the other lady in the front are the best the staff over all! They have patience and explain well, take the time to care for the client I currently attend this location due to having a bad experience not once but twice at the McCarren location! I left with great experience I recommen my family! Because I liked and saw how they treat you and make you feel that u are apart of them and they care about u as a client!

The nurses try to take your money! They don't care about latinos. My mom was there Tuesday and they won't send the referral to her insurance for her dental emergency. The lady's on the phone are rude and the girls here are so mean. They tell you to pay in cash because your insurance won't cover it. How would they even know that

I greatly appreciate the trouble you must have faced to bring your team from Las Vegas up to Reno to treat Medicaid patients. Further, the quality of the treatment that I received was exemplary. Thanks to your organization for helping me progress in my oral health.

The front office staff and the dentist are all very efficient and professional. The dental assistants, however, could use more training in their field before they are left alone with a patient and most definitely need some "bedside manner" if you will. Should you be unfortunate enough to need to see the traveling Oral Surgeon, then you can expect a 3+ hour wait time, extremely rude assistants and an aggressive, rough, arrogant Oral Surgeon!

I have had severe dental anxiety my whole life however it was not as strong from Ages 5-26 due to seeing the family dentist that whole time after losing my good insurance I didn't have dental until recently I had brought my boyfriend to get his wisdom teeth removed from here at this location and remembered the staff being really nice and accommodating therefore I decided I'd give it a shot I let the lady know of my anxiety before hand and she made sure to let me know we'd take it slow easy and gentle and that's just what they did they were very good at letting me know what was happening being discussed etc to help keep me calm it worked I plan on going back to finish out the treatment discussed even though I still have a giant fear and anxiety it's nothing to do with the people just my own insecurities highly recommend

Refuses to perform services, kicked out, they contact police. This was my 4th appointment, and the day for oral surgery (2nd time). I was concerned that my possible low platelet count would cause to much bleeding. Last time I was in so much pain could not even see the forms, so they ask me orally to give my medical history and medication. The gal did not right down the blood thinner that i was on. she fought with me that i was lieing and the manager told me to leave, and not come back or the police would be called. They had already had the lab make my dentures. Other oral surgeon that I saw to get the job done refused becuase there lab did not make the dentures, catch 22. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
