My first appointment was yesterday October 12th 2022 from the moment you walk in the door the staff is so friendly and so efficient and explain everything to you when you get into the back the Hands-On dental assistants are amazing the dentist herself is just phenomenal you are very comfortable through the entire process and the patience they have is absolutely amazing. They have many options that you can choose from to be able to afford the dental work that you need to have done so rather than walking out feeling defeated yet again you actually have hope that one day you will have teeth and a smile I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs dental care it's just amazing

I've called them several times, and they can't seem to answer or respond in less than an hour (to talk to a receptionist, not a doctor/dentist). Also, they have a text service - you can text them, but this seems to only have a robot responding with "how can we help you?" Then you type up an explanation and.... it goes off into the ether, no response of any kind. I'm quite frustrated. I have had one appointment, scheduled consult for tooth extraction/replacement. I've developed some severe pain since that first appointment, but can't get in touch to do anything about it. Not very happy at the moment.

The dentist spent 5 mins with me. He didn't talk to me and let me know what was going on. He didn't even talk about my concern. I speak English. He recommended a deep cleaning which cost $1150. He also recommended the same for my husband. I thought everyone is different. In what world is $1150 treatment is ok, it's the same price as rent. Absolute Dentist is a joke. Don't go through there.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely repulsed by this office. There were not helpful or empathetic. They probed and poked where I was in pain then sent me away stating I would have go to a different office 1 month later. which is absurd, being that I went to another dentist who was able to help me THAT DAY. They actually made the pain worse, then thought it was funny after I explained that I could not function after they did that. I would not recommend any person to go here.

Absolutely horrendous customer service I've been in pain I'm trying to get an appointment with them for 5 days now and they refused to see me they say my excruciating pain is not an emergency. Only if my tooth is bleeding he said. Their own website clearly says bleeding teeth and severe pain and when I asked to speak to a manager lo and behold there's no manager there. I will be filing a complaint against them. I spoke to another dentist just a little bit ago and she could not believe that they will not see me she said told me that as an existing patient by law they have to see me within 24 hours if I'm in excruciating pain and as I stated it's been five days now. Will definitely be filing a complaint. I used to like this place till this treatment.

horrible experiences. i am 17 years old and i went there to get a tooth removed that started as a cavity and got worse, it started last year and when my mother was able to finally get medicaid (because of this crooked system) we weren't able to really get any help at all here. the whole place is unprofessional, every time we came in for an appointment they had my mother fill everything out each time for my brother and i. (filling out the same packet over and over) since my tooth was an emergency, they put us with a doctor who only works on younger children, she was at least able to give me a temporary filling and prescribe me amoxicillin since there was an infection in the root of my tooth, however, the whole time she was asking "why am i working on a 17 year old when i only see younger kids" when they put us there, we didn't know why we were there either, they said it's policy for me to be seen by a doctor who works on adults because i am almost 18. finally, we came to the conclusion that we needed and wanted to just extract it instead of doing a root canal and crowns because they said the tooth was already dead, and i think removing it would be the safest option. they then said they would make us an appointment today to get it extracted (July 6, 2022) however that didn't happen. they did a full exam of my teeth and all and then the doctor asked about a root canal again, and crowns. and i told him i did not want that because of the condition my tooth is in. then the doctor said that they have to refer me to an oral surgeon and pull my two incoming wisdom teeth out at the same time as they pull the dead tooth. i said no once again because my wisdom teeth are not bothering me currently and have made the decision to get any future surgeries later if needed. they also seem to LOSE files because they keep telling us they don't have certain forms that we filled out repeatedly. it is all a scam to make money. i'm definitely not one to complain about things like this, but it's getting out of hand now. all i wanted was for them to give me a local and numb my mouth, and pull the tooth so that my root and gums can heal properly. please do not go here, they don't care about you, they only care about the money they are making.

Dr Nick bauter is the worst orthodontist . I was his patient at Bortho, he destroyed my teeth. He has no idea how to line up the rear bite on your teeth and will blame it on you. In the end my is smashed the teeth inward on my jaw and collapsed my right arch. My two front teeth we lopsided. I'm sure he did it out of spite. Do not see this orthodontist.

Never answers the phone, never returns emails, when you go in they give you the rope around. If you absolutely HAVE to deal with this company, go to the one in Spanish springs.

My first experience was good i know my teeth are messed up and the roots have to be pulled by a oral surgeon but why leave me with a tooth that the loose portion is only connected by the gum since they wouldn't even pull that portion i pulled it out in the parking lot ty for helping ... The only reason im upset is because it is hard already for me to even get myself to go to the dentist.

I would be very weary going to this dentist. My first check up they said I needed a root canal, a new filling, a crown on various teeth and I just didn't think it was right. So I went to two other dentists to verify and my teeth are in perfect condition. That was two years ago so I'm glad that I didnt spend the money or go through the pain of what the doctor suggested.

(3 stars because i never got service but my personal interaction was not pleasant) A while back I came to this location I set an appointment because of the amount of pain I was having. I then was a single mom of 2. My daughter is Autistic, due to the lack of child care and the amount of pain I had I took her and my son with (my daughter was in a stroller whimpering but not running everywhere). My kids being there wasnt an issue when I arrived they check me in and had me wait in the lobby. My daughter wasn't having a great time so she was whimpering. I was asked to leave and reschedule my appointment. I tried to explain my situation as I was working 2 full time job. child care didn't cover my day off and I was in extreme pain. I worked 2 full time jobs. I had no idea when I'd get treated for my extreme pain. I understand rules and guidelines but those were never mentioned just that my daughter was bothering them. It may not be totally important to everyone but this place isn't special needs friendly. I'll never in my life forget that experience. I not only did I leave in extreme pain but I left feeling hurt for my daughter it was the first (not last) that she's "bothered" someone. Thankfully I got the treatment I need by The Reno Dentist promptly with total understanding.

The crew at Absolute Dental on Keystone is great! Especially Emily at the front reception area! Without asking, Emily went out of her way and did some research on my behalf to help me get what I needed to start working on my teeth again! Thank you
