I can never get a hold of them to make an appointment. It always goes to their answering service and I leave a message but they never get back to me. I've gone so far as to try to go in person to make an appointment TWICE but both times the doors were locked and nobody answered... this was around 4pm when their hours say they're open until 5:30pm. Everyone I've met is super nice... it's just outer impossible to get ahold of anyone for care.

Bad customer services husband went in with a toothache after waiting 1 week to get seen they take him in and tell him that he needs to wait 3-4 weeks before they can pull the tooth out meanwhile he is in pain can't talk or eat call another dentist they will see him tomorrow morning and pull out his tooth. This place is a joke. What treatment options did you give him none. I had to go back in there to get something for the pain and he need antibiotic for the tooth but they didn't want to help

They get you in their office quick and they are very friendly and Christy the office manager is really nice to talk to and so are the other staff, Christy explained my procedure to take out my wisdom teeth very well and so did the other staff, very nice people may I add once more, 5 out of 5 stars for sure, I would definitely recommend absolute dental to my friends and family.

i'm very happy with this practice. i've been coming here for over a year. the staff and doctor are great. always so nice to me and my family. they are still taking all covid precautions. i'm a happy patient. highly recommend

I visited absolute dental on 11/ 3/21. I had the best dental care . Dr. Samia Hanna did my dental cleaning with a professional job and no pain for the first time for my dental cleaning through my life history. She did the best exam and will follow up with fixing my teeth for continued air. All staff are professional and caring . I received the best and professional work in a very reasonable time . x ray was not painful and quick . Thank you to the best dental work and team.

Christy is absolutely rude. First time was very pleasant experience but after that I've seen 5 different dentist all on different pages and their "office manager" Christy completely rude to customers. Would recommend this place to no one

This review is wayyyyyy overdue but I'm not computer savvy nor ever wrote a review on google. Ok, back to Absolute Dental, not only is Chrissy and the staff professional, friendly and attentive but the place is very clean and welcoming. My mom is extremely terrified of the dentist (always been) since she experienced bad work done on her teeth but they eased her comfort where she made appointments for further work done. I was totally shock. I knew then I wanted to try them out. Exceptional!! I switched my daughter (7) who was going to a pediatric dentist and she was pleased which made me pleased.I highly recommend this dentist office. I've seen different dentist for different work and been extremely pleased with all.

Highly recommend this dental office. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The office is clean and well maintain and they take every precaution to prevent transmission of covid.

Very friendly staff. I have been taking my mom here for about 3 weeks now and they have been Nothing but helpful. They have given me many options for my mom's treatment and have been very patient with her since she is hard of hearing. The 2 Dr Who have seen her have also been amazing.

I've been going to Absolute Dental for a couple of years now and I have always been very pleased with their services. I've gotten everything from routine cleanings to crowns and a root canal. The staff and dentists are always very friendly and nice and seem to be very good at what they do. There has never been any pressure to get additional or upgraded treatments and they always help me to fit necessary dental work into my budget. I always feel Absolute Dental looks out for my best interests and that I can trust their advice and the work they do, very important when choosing your dentist. Highly recommended

I made an appointment for my mom and she was very happy with her service. I was hesitate sending her here but they are under new management and it's like night and day. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. They were also very efficient! We will be back.

Went to Absolute Dental yesterday for the first time. I found Dr. Ami Shah to be very professional, gentle, kind and experienced. The office was clean and the staff proficient, respectful and courteous. I was so pleased with my visit to get a crown replaced that I am returning this week to have my teeth cleaned and whitened.

This office was great a few years ago but not anymore. I've been waiting over 2 months to get a return call regarding my son's braces. He's at the final stage and all is needed is for braces to be taken off and Everytime l call to reschedule the appointment they last minute cancelled on us back in August, they take my information and say they will call me back and have not as of yet!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Now l will have to pay another orthodontist to finish the work. This is absolutely unacceptable!!

First and foremost the staff are very friendly for that they receive one star. I'm not the one that complains often but, when comes to my health: mentally and physically I do. I have selected this dental facility to do business( three root canals plus crowns and one extraction). With in 8 months two of my crowns have fallen off and the tooth that was extracted will there was a piece that was left behind and caused an affection. This tells me theirs a lack of experience and very pour quality of work at this facility. AND AGAIN A VERY VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE FACILITIES BASED OFF FRIENDSHIP, WE CHOOSE BY QUALITY OF WORK!!!!!! INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
