I think that we shouldn't expect to just have our teeth cleaned without having an x-ray it's called good customer service they want to make sure that there's no infections or anything before they clean your teeth. I have not been there yet but this is all of the procedures that have to be done on a normal basis And I am looking forward to actually make an appointment here because out of 300 and some people that wrote reviews there's a very small handful of negative results so I am looking forward to getting an x-ray and then getting my teeth cleaned if it's the first day or the next time I go that's how it works thanks for all the feedback.

I hate coming here. I hate it with a passion. Staff in the back has an attitude every time I come in. I cannot ask one question without receiving an attitude. Especially by the male employees. My experience was so bad, I'm leaving in tears. Why is this place allowed to operate this way? This is the second time this has happened.

Wasted my time. I scheduled for cleaning. They just did xray which I don't need. They said I need to go back scheduled again for cleaning. They want money for xray even they know there is no one to do my cleanind. Bad service! Will never go back!

This Absolute dental clinic located in Maryland was referred by Medicare to me as one in their network . I had an appointment today July 27, 2022 after a month for dental cleaning. When I was called inside, I was told by technician that he will do an X-ray first but then he's not sure if I can have a dental cleaning. I asked why and he called another person to answer my question. I got the same answer that they can only do X-ray but not the tooth cleaning I was expecting. What is the use of making an appointment if this dental clinic can not do the services they're suppose to do ? Do not make an appointment to this clinic because they will just waste your time.

I wish I could give zero stars. It honestly seemed like no one knew what they were doing during my visit. Everyone working there seemed to be confused and completely unprofessional. If you have dental insurance, TRUST ME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I assure you this location is terrible, it's "Absolute Trash". Other "Absolute Dental" locations may be okay, but my personal experience at this location was awful. I definitely recommend going somewhere else for your dental needs. 0/5.

Go somewhere else if you can afford to. Extremely slow and insurance covers nothing.

Do not go here! They do not know what they are doing! I went in with pain and was told they would need to do a cleaning to see first what was going on. The dental assistant was rude. The dentist was not knowledgeable. After learning that my insurance won't cover my cleaning they wanted over 1k out of pocket. With no payment plans. Don't waste your time. Not patient friendly. If I could give zero stars I would!

Fredrick, Monique, and Ignacio were AMAZING. Outstanding customer service. They were smiling, very personable, and just a joy to be around. I did arrive very early for my appointment (I am a new patient) to fill out my paperwork. I was put at ease, due to my fear of being at the dentist (needles in mouth) Thank you so very much to the staff at Maryland Absolute Dental, you guys go above and beyond.

This place is AMAAAAZING!! Katrina the office manager is on top of her game. She handled coordinating my appointments and payments and explained everything from start to finish. The entire staff is professional and made me feel welcome. Shout out to Absolute Dental, would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Don't take my word, go see them for yourself.

My wife hasn't had teeth or dentures for 35 years. She just thought that after all those years, they wouldn't be able to get dentures to fit properly. In comes Absolute Dental. Not only did they fit the dentures, but they made my sweetheart cry happy tears. She didn't think it was possible. Now she can't stop smiling. They got that done with just one follow up visit. The staff was super nice and the Dentist had a great sense of humor. We highly recommend anyone who needs a dentist to come to Absolute Dental on Maryland pkwy.

After my appointment I was told I was good to go, then I get a message about paying a bill. Now I've been trying to call them and customer service for months to pay this bill, I don't understand why this is so difficult.

One star location! This place is a joke. This is not my first time going to absolute dental and I usually have a decent experience. But they waste your time here and I will not be returning to this location. First time I scheduled an exam appointment for April 19th and I went to sign in and the office had standing room only and the lobby was so uncomfortably hot. The female manager sitting at the desk told me that their entire computer system was down and that I could either wait for the I.T. guy who was running late or I could leave my number and reschedule. It was so hot in the office I didn't want to wait my turn with all the people standing there waiting to be seen as well. I gave the manager my phone number to reschedule and left. A few days later she calls me and we rescheduled the exam for the following week, April 25th. When I get there, there are two female receptionist and the same female manager from before working the front desk. The lobby is very hot and crowded again but at least there were chairs available in the adjacent sitting area behind the office door. But it's very hot in both areas where the customers are forced to sit and wait to be seen. Super uncomfortable, but I fill out my paperwork and wait for just over a hour before they call me back. The purpose of both these appointments is for an exam. I had a filling come loose and need a repair. I get to the back rooms after sweating in the lobby the whole time and as soon as I sit down the dental technician ask me if I have a "medical clearance," I wasn't sure what she meant and she said because I'm pregnant I have to have one from my OBGYN before having X-rays for an exam. She said she had to go check with her manager if she could proceed with the exam and she left the room. When she returned she informed me I would have to reschedule my appointment. She apologized and mentioned she was unsure why nobody had informed me prior to sitting in the exam chair. She never even had to look in my mouth to determine I needed this piece of paperwork. Mind you the manager she had to speak with to get information about the "medical clearance" works at the front desk. She is who I have spoke to multiple times and had several face to face interactions with during my recent visits at the office. I understand the purpose of the "medical clearance" for precaution. However. Both times I came to this office in the last week or so I have been 8 months pregnant. Very obvious belly. I had walked to the back of the office to sit in the adjacent sitting area and walked up to the counter where these 3 employees sat numerous times to exchange paperwork and insurance card information. I had even asked to use the restroom. Mind you my very obvious 8 month pregnant belly is leading the way during all these interactions and directly in their line of view. At any time the receptionists or the manager sitting in the front who's job it is to collect insurance and information of that sorts could have mentioned the medical clearance to me. Why was I forced to reschedule my appointment and then wait until I was called to the back rooms during my second appointment to get this news of the paperwork I was lacking. At any time this could have been mentioned to me. Like I said. One star location. I will be getting my medical clearance and go to a different dentist where they have observant staff with good customer service and also proper air conditioning for Las Vegas heat. I cant imagine suffering in this lobby or even giving this dental office the opportunity to waste any more of my time.

Worst experience I've ever had. Told me the opposite of 2 other dentists. Won't be going back. Not a good woman.
