A filing fell out while visiting the area. This dentist could see me on the same day and they charged a fair price for the work carried out.

I've been going to Dr. Vesbach's since I moved to Columbus and have always thought highly of he and his staff, but the last couple of visits with my 5 year old son have just astounded me! My son recently (and unexpectedly) developed a major fear of going to the dentist. After one "failed" visit and when the second attempt seemed like it was going to be a no-go as well (and I was very frustrated), the staff managed the situation so professionally and helped ease my son's fears. They brought out this big stuffed kangaroo, "Roo," had my son brush his hilariously huge teeth and play with him until he was comfortable enough to go back into the exam room. Then, they proceeded to have him get up into the exam chair and hold Roo, so Dr. Vesbach could give him an exam, which he pretended to do and explained what he was doing the whole time (explanations really help ease my son's fears). When Dr. Vesbach was "done" with Roo, he asked him if he could look at his teeth the next time - he didn't even push the issue to do it that day (which I was thankful for). Today, at our third attempt, we were successful! Rebekka, the dental assistant, brought out Roo to get us from the waiting room - and my son was nothing but giggly and smiley! He held Roo's hand on the way back to the exam room, snuggled him close while in the exam chair, and nodded a smiley "yes" when Dr. Vesbach asked if he could "count" his teeth. Hooray! What amazing progress. I'm so grateful and thankful for this very professional dentist and office in our little neck of the woods!
