The staff is excellent and Dr. Calton is the best dentist around. I have been going here for years and wont ever leave. Also, earlier this year I had to take my 4 year old daughter to a pediatric dentist for an emergency and that dentist refused to perform the work after my daughter sat in the chair for only 2 minutes. My daughter was nervous so she asked a few questions but the dentist was extremely impatient and got up and walked out. So not knowing what to do I called Dr Calton explained the situation and she said she would help us. Dr Calton came in and opened the office on her day off and pulled my daughters broken tooth with ease!! I don't think there is a better dentist out there then Dr. Calton!!!!

Unprofessional. Lacking accountability. Especially when it comes to their messaging system. Oh Lord and don't get work done if the dentist is planning a vacation, they'll leave you for dead, give you wrong dosing information and then give you the run around by telling you...."it's sometimes the body's reaction and they have nothing to do with it." Yeah...well Quote this. 23k worth of work, that's fallen/broken/snapped off twice in a year. Weird. Don't make the same mistake I did by letting Heather sell you a dream. Do your research.

Stay clear, poor service and they over bill and send to collections without notice. Manager Heather is no help. Update from below : 12 monthly bills.... Never received one and I was there over 3 years ago . Stay clear.

My favorite dentist office ever! Everyone is so friendly and exceptionally good at what they do. I have experienced a few years with them. They make the regular cleanings easy and affordable. I broke a tooth a couple years ago and had to get a cap. They took me the next day and did a wonderful job.

I'm so disappointed with the work on my mouth, two crowns done and they both have come out. I suggest you go there for cleaning only, otherwise you will be throwing away your money. My temporary replacement even came out out three times on the right side, so upset with them. Refund, forget about it. I go to another dentist, they did a 3d e-xray on my mouth. The problem is that they aren't putting the crown in all the way to the gums and the one tooth was filed down too much. I will need implants for both tooth that had crowns on it.

Dr. Calton and her staff are amazing. I was able to make an appointment very easily and the hours they offer are great for my work hours. Dr. Calton truly listens to me and my concerns. Its hard to find a practice as kind as About Smiles! Thanks Dr. Calton and your team!

I just had another great cleaning! have been a patient here for more than 10 years. Dr. Calton and her team are not only extremely qualified, but also the most positive and communicative practitioners I've seen in my many years of needing "extra" work on my teeth. Dr. Calton also, literally saved my son's front top and bottom teeth when they were knocked out in a baseball game in high school. If not for her expert knowledge and advice, he would have lost 8 teeth at the age of 17.

The staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Calton is awesome and probably the best dentist I have ever had. She speaks to you like you are a person and not just another patient. She truly cares about your health and works with you for solutions that work for you. She offers honest opinions even if it may not be what you want to hear and explains things thoroughly. She is sincere. Dentistry prices are high and insurance covers little. However, I feel her rates are reasonable.

About smiles was so amazing from start to finish. I called in need of a same day appointment , they fit me right in and we're super accommodating. I was really having a lot of fear surrounding my appointment and Josh was very calming from the start. Dr. Calton made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions. I am so thankful for the peace of mind they gave me and how caring everyone was.

Each time i visit this office, I feel better and better about the quality of the whole experience, shocked that they can keep doing better, raising their own bar! They really are there to help you through the whole process, from explaining a procedure to the breakdown of the costs, along with scheduling as well! Everyone is friendly and reassuring, no matter the person or the procedure; they are efficient with their phone lines (using caller ID) and are incredibly helpful in scheduling the right appointment for you. As I said, my opinion of this dental practice continues to improve and I look forward to working with them in the future!

Good Morning - I called this morning (9/23) to cancel my 5pm appointment for today. Due to unfortunate circumstances at work (I am a Image Scanning office manager) I am unable to keep my appointment. The young lady that answered the phone informed me that I will be charged a cancellation fee of $58 because I did not cancel 48 hours prior to my appointment. Well 48 hours would have meant calling on Saturday and your practice is closed both Saturday and Sunday. And your message specifically states that you cannot leave messages to cancel an appointment. I called this morning after you opened and now find out I am responsible for a cancellation fee when the ONLY option I had was to call the day of my appointment to cancel. I really disappointed that there isn't some type of flexibility when the patient's hands are tied and cannot cancel a Monday appointment since we are not able to notify you until the office opens on Monday. Staff is ALWAYS so nice, welcoming, and comforting! Love that I have the same hygienist every time. They always call me back to my appointment on time! I would definitely recommend About Smiles!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit at About Smiles Dentistry today. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful! I'm so glad I switched to this office! My teeth feel so clean, and all of my questions were addressed.
