A Rhode Island native, Dr. Kuczma (a.k.a. Dr. K)graduated in 1998 from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Zoology. After working as an environmental scientist, she decided to make a career change. She attended and graduated magna cum laude from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2007. As a student, she received the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Public Health Dentistry, and American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology predoctoral awards. In addition, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. She served as co-chair for the 'Bridge Over Troubled Waters' program, providing dental treatment for at risk youth. Dr. Kuczma was also able to pursue her passion for working with children with special health care needs as both a respite care provider and research assistant for Project Respite Care, a program giving caretakers of children with special health care needs a much-needed break.
In 2009 she completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Childrens Hospital Boston. While a resident, Dr. Kuczma served on the cleft palate team and gained extensive experience treating children with special health care needs, including conducting research on the oral health of children with cerebral palsy. Dr. Kuczma is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She joined Dr. Grazioso at South Shore Children's Dentistry in 2009.
In her free time, Dr. Kuczma enjoys skiing, competing in triathlons and spending time with her family. She lives in Norwell with her husband Damian, children Callan, Andrew, and Bridget, and their chocolate lab Hazel.
Dr. Kristine Grazioso (a.k.a. Dr. G), is a 1988 graduate of Boston College, where she received her B.S. in Biology, and a 1993 graduate of The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she was awarded her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Grazioso received her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from St. Christophers Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA, in 1996. She served as Chief Dental Resident and received numerous awards for excellence in Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery. Dr. Grazioso founded South Shore Childrens Dentistry in Cohasset in 1999.
Dr. Grazioso is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She received the Richard Pugh Award from the ABPD for scoring in the top 3% nationally on the Comprehensive Written Examination.
She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Dental Societys Leadership Institute, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistrys Legislative Workshop for Leaders in Pediatric Dentistry. She is actively involved in grassroots efforts on the state and national level to promote issues important to dentistry and to the patients she serves, having lobbied at the State House as well as in Washington DC. Dr. Grazioso is the Chair of the Standing Committee on Legislative and Government Affairs at the Massachusetts Dental Society and has served as the New England/New York representative on the Council of Government Affairs for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a consultant to the Council on Clinical Affairs at the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Grazioso is a past President of the Massachusetts Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and is currently an active member of the MAPD. Dr. Grazioso has been on the dental staff at Franciscan Hospital for Children in Brighton, MA since 1998, where she cares for patients under general anesthesia in the Operating Room when they are unable to be cared for in our office setting.
Dr. Grazioso has a kinship for treating patients with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. The Friendship Home in Norwell, MA holds a special place in her heart. Dr. G feels grateful for her patients and their families and all that they have done to enrich her life, and tries to 'pay it forward' whenever possible!
She currently resides in Marshfield with her husband, Henry, and their sons, Alex and Nicholas. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, running, skiing, boating, and loves days at the beach.
Dr. Paul Fitzgerald established Hingham & Duxbury Orthodontics in 2000. This practice quickly expanded over the last 15 years and has become the premiere orthodontic services provider in the communities of Hingham, Duxbury, Kingston, Scituate, Cohasset, and Norwell. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Mayflower Study Club. Dr. Fitzgerald is very active on the board of the Tufts Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Fitzgerald graduated from Boston College in 1992. He completed his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1996 and continued there to pursue his orthodontic certificate which he received in 1998.Dr. Fitzgerald has participated in numerous volunteer missions to provide dental care to impoverished regions in Nicaragua, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, and the Brazilian Amazon. For many years, he volunteered at 'Bridge Over Troubled Waters' in Boston providing treatment for at-risk youth. Presently, Dr. Fitzgerald donates his time to Smiles Changes Lives to provide orthodontic treatment for children from low-income families.

We were anxious to take our kid for the first dental appointment. Dr. K and Dental hygienist made sure our child had a great time at the appointment. Highly recommend this place.

Abington Children's Dentistry was highly recommended to us. My 6-year-old son had a traumatic experience at a different dentist and has not been to a dentist for a few years. He had his first visit at Abington Children's Dentistry today, and I am so happy, relieved, and impressed with this practice. He was welcomed warmly and treated gently. The hygienist, Nancy, was kind, patient, and so good with my son. She explained what she was doing/going to do, showed him the tools she was using, and had a gentle sense of humor with him. My son was comfortable and safe the entire time, and the visit went perfectly. This will definitely be our new place, and I highly recommend!

Amazing facility and staff. Clean, with options to entertain waiting children (and the wait was less than five minutes). The staff were all super nice and friendly, and still professional. They were fantastic with my shy two year old daughter.

Great first appointment at Abington Children's Dentistry today for my son. He is 5 years old and has been in treatment for cancer for the past 3 years and unable to go to the dentist. Given all he has been through , it would have been very easy for my son to have a tough time at the dentist but the calm confidence of all the staff made my son feel comfortable right away! He had a great appointment from start to finish and is looking forward to his next visit!

We had a wonderful first experience here. They were extremely friendly and even had a welcome sign for our boys! They handled our hungry no nap 2 year old very well. We are so glad we decided to switch dentists and go here. =)

I've been taking my kids here for the past 5 years. Excellent team and service! From check-in to checkout EVERYONE is pleasant and professional. The office is immaculately clean as well. Plus, My kids LOVE Colleen too! She makes the experience sooo pleasant for them. Wiggle, wiggle, pop! (That's the flossing lol) Keep up the standard of excellence!

Everyone is so friendly and patient which is necessary when dealing with unwilling toddlers. They let my daughter sit in a way where she is comfortable and don't make her lay down. They explain to her what they are doing and let her take breaks.

This was our first visit since the pandemic for 3 kids under 7. It was absolutely wonderful. We felt fully welcomed, comfortable and safe. All 3 children left with smiles on their faces. Abington Children's Dentistry has thought of everything to make visiting the dentist pleasant for the whole family - from simultaneous appointments in the same room to screens on the ceiling to entertain squirmy kids, to sunglasses, and perfectly timed incentives. They were thorough, clear, kind, friendly, and patient. Just an all-around excellent experience.
