Rude and unprofessional people working with children!! I started taking my kids to a different dentist! I would not recommend this dentist office!

The Hygienists were always very nice, but the receptionist is extremely rude. Also was unaware of a rescheduled appointment and we missed it and now they will not see me son ever again.

I ONLY gave the one star because you have to give at least one. These people are VERY unprofessional and rude. They rescheduled my daughter's appointment 3 times for the dentist having personal and family emergency. Then because if an honest mistake and missing her first visit they refuse to see us now. Even though we were understanding with their personal family issues. And besides that the receptionist Morgan is a smart aleck who needs some training on customer service and professionalism.

They are all very nice. Once the children get in, it's quite fast. However, our recent appointment was at 10:30. We arrived at 10:22. I called and checked in. Someone came to our car at 11:00. My daughter was taken in at 11:16. That I 46 minutes after the appointment time. And in this age of "karen" shaming I'm terrified to ask why. I truly do understand they are busy. The full parking lot is testament to that, but maybe they are over scheduling. My son has SPD and their website says they specialize in special needs. Yet they were unable to even look at my sons teeth. We were sent to a surgeon who wasn't able to do the x-rays for 5 months. Turned out he had an abscessed tooth that needed pulled, another that needed capped. When we got to the surgeon for an evaluation he opened his mouth just fine for them, so I'm not sure what happened with the original appointment where they said they couldn't even look. The worst part, getting into a new dentist is almost impossible, so I don't want to be rude or cause a scene, because the care is adequate, but sitting at the dentist for 2 hours so my daughter's silver flouride filling can be looked at seems drastic. I am also busy.

Extremely pleased with not only the services and kid-friendly environment, but also with the promptness and politeness of the office staff! I took my 8-year-old, Tajin, and he loves it! Dr. Rolon is a great dentist and works with my son very well!

Love the dentist and hygienist! They are super nice to my little man. Have never had an issue. My son has been going since he was 1 and he actually likes going to the dentist!

This place it trash! They schedule you then reschedule you because they've got too many appointments piled up at once. They called to cancel my daughters appointment, due to the dentist not being there and then told me that I had missed the appointment and that would go against our 3 strikes.. There is an hour long wait if you have an appointment! The list goes on. I do not recommend this dentist!

I called to schedule an appointment for my son today at Abingdon Pediatrics and I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely by A receptionist when making an appointment. He was unbelievably RUDE and snappy with me the whole time. I honestly can't believe this man works around children. Immediately after hanging up with that horrible receptionist I called everywhere else to find another local dentist that would take his insurance because I will not send my 6 year old in alone with such A rude vibe just coming from the phone call. I did find another SUPER FRIENDLY office to take him to & we won't have to wait A month for the appointment.

Terrible, simply terrible, would not even want my worst enemy to go here. (No problem, found a GREAT office in Bristol, TN. They were courteous, friendly, they didn't require 8 pages of paperwork.) You have a 2 average review, seriously, your office has serious issues.

Wow- the worst dentistry I've ever associated with, hands down! Rude, better-than-you attitudes from the staff to say the least. And look at all of these horrible reviews for you, Abingdon Pediatric Dentistry! You have the chance to apologize to your patients but don't? Instead, just like in person, you are condescending and heartless in how you treat people. I would be ashamed. But it's hard to have feelings isn't it -when you don't care at all. All you wanted from me was money-- and for me to agree to let you all put my kids to sleep without explaining anything and for them to have tons of unnecessary work done! The male manager who is the dentist's husband basically threw papers at me without explaining a single thing and wanted me to sign off on everything! I was shocked but realized what was going on and said I'll have to think about it. After that he was extremely hateful- And the receptionist, oh my goodness, is the rudest person I've ever been around. I honestly don't know how you all are still in business. I truly hope God touches your hearts and softens them because you need that and more. Until then -people who are coming here to read the reviews-- please take your children elsewhere for dental work so you don't have to go through what all these other people and myself have gone through! I never leave reviews so this says a lot!

My first comment was deleted so may as well post another! Valerie is the rudest human I've ever encountered and John is ranked right with her! If you say anything that isn't what they think then "They will remove your child from their patient list." I'm not sure how this place is even still in business!!!! Very rude and disrespectful employees m, but what's funny is they think nobody else knows Spanish, so they speak the language to one another when they get angry!
