He has practiced dentistry for more than 29 years and he started his own practice in 1989. He is married and has 2 grown children. His hobbies include rebuilding cars and spending time with his family.
Dr. Ruta T. Scribner General Dentist Dr. Ruta T. Scribner graduated fromThe University of Maryland Dental Schoolin 1988. She has practiced in Harford County for over 28 years helping families keep healthy smiles with a conservative, gentle approach. She is married and has two children. Dr. Scribner enjoys spending time with her family and friends

My family and I have been going to this dental office for years. The dentists and assistants are very nice and knowledgeable. I have had (2) fillings done here over the years and both times the doctors were extremely gentle. I never feel any pain and the process is relaxing. When I had a filling break and needed work done, they scheduled me in right away. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with everybody from the moment I walked in until I left. The hygienist and dentist were highly skilled and so patient and gentle. The front desk was friendly and knew their stuff. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Abingdon Box Hill Family Dentistry.

I've been going to Boxhill dentistry for 34 years. I love Dr Weber and the entire staff. Front office are always nice and very helpful. Donna does an awesome job as well as all of the team. You can tell they love working for Dr Weber as they have been there as long as I have been going. You just don't get that loyalty at most places. Thank you all.

I have been going to this dentist office since I was about 15 I'll b 40 in a couple years. When I say dentist office freak me out that's an understatement. Dr. Weber is super patient, knowledgeable, quick and freakin hoot . I feel comfortable sitting in his chair his assistants are very pleasant. Just knowing he's my dentist and how he's very tentative is such a relief and to top it all off. The ladies up front are freakin awesome and very helpful they're like the frontline dentist heroes. They educated on the patients, call if anything changes and are always so delightful. I absolutely love doctor Weber's office and staff

This is the only dental team that I will allow to do work in my mouth. Staff is friendly and they really care about my dental health. I drive 42 miles to come to see my dentist.

I recommended Dr Weber's dentist office to a friend who travelled an hour to his favorite office. He said he should have switched years ago. Our hygienist is so gentle and thorough. The dentists and staff are wonderful. It is a good group of people. Top notch.
