To acquire these competencies and achieve certification, our practitioners must undergo a process that includes education and experience, as well as demonstration of their skill/competency by examination. In addition, our practitioners are required to maintain a prescribed amount of approved continuing education to maintain their certification and assure continuing competency in the care they provide.
