Dr Grant himself is very knowledgeable but sadly has the most rude ladies answering the phone, my dad had an appointment yesterday went in with minimum pain to start his treatment plan he was told there was nothing wrong with the tooth that was hurting him so they went on to do a filling on a different tooth that was "bad", has been in pain all night all morning and just called to make an appointment and was told the Dr is not in the office and there is nothing they can do till Friday, so when I asked for a Supervisor I was told they didnt have one, so I comtacted the Tx Dept of Dentist to file a complain i was asked for the name of the person I spoke to so when I called back I spoke to Crystal and explained to her I qas filing a complain so she leaves me on hold to find out who I spoke to comes back on the line and says her co-worker is talking to the Dr Grant wife to see what she suggest they do, and she cant give me the name of the girl I previously spoke to, but I thought there was nobody in the office that could help me.... Needles to say I emailed the complain and contacted the insurance to let them know what happened so they dont pay for the services And to top it off they contacted my parents days later and said they will not be providing service for them any more because of my review.

Best dentist office to go to..the doctors are GREAT and genuine I def recommend it...all the ladies are so sweet from the first phone call answering every question without judgement and Anjelica helped me out a lot thank all of you at this office

Absolutely love coming here. The staff is always professional and they get the job done. But most importantly they are all so kind and patient, even on busy days.

Casey is a great hygienist! She is efficient & skilled at her job. She is also very patient with my children. Dr. Grant & Dr. Victoria are professional and thorough. All the staff are welcoming and kind!

Dr Grant is very professional, he cares about his patients. He expanded with detail about my treatment. I had a great experience, I will highly recommend. His dental assistant Bea made me feel very comfortable, she took care of me, I love her professionalism.

Excelente staff!! Friendly and caring !! Dr. Grant and Bea was the dental assistant that helped,and she is a fantastic lady, kind, professional and has very caring attitude plus she knows what she's doing.Just don't get any better than that ! Highly recommend!!

Ever since I was younger... I always wanted to close the atrocious gaps in my smile. I never went through with it due to being scared I would cause more damage because the moving process involves loose teeth pain and moving your whole smile around. Well finally I chose to do it and I couldn't be more happy with the results so far! I am beyond stoked to see my ending results! Dr Encalade pops his head in to check on my progress and answers any questions I have. Also holds me accountable for keeping up with healthy teeth maintenance, which I need! :-) overall I love all the ladies and staff there! Just an amazing experience overall on the cleaning and ortho side!

I drive 2.5 hours to come to Dr. Grant . He's an awesome and very knowledgeable dentist. Works with his patients and understanding as well. Me and my family will definitely recommend Dr. Grant. Also his office staff are very friendly knowledgeable and kind.

Highly recommend this place. All of the staff were very polite and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes!! Ask for Tosha on your teeth cleaning!!
