I had been several times before and always had the same sweet dentist each time. I went for an appointment today for a broken molar. I've had terrible experiences and have severe panic attacks which the previous dentist helped by reassuring me and overall just being kind etc. I made it to the appointment..was placed in a room and hear a man raising his voice. After my X-ray, A male dentist came in and introduced himself as Reid. It was the Dentist yelling at either an employee or a patient.His assistant looked like she might cry.. wow. What's worse? He was immediately angry and hateful. He has no business working with people and I pray nobody sends their young kids to this jerk.He should seek mental help for his anger issues or get off whatever substance that makes him hostile. I have never in my life been treated so terribly. After scolding at me for anxiously bouncing my foot, he raises his voice because my phone was flashing from a notification. I have it set to flash and vibrate. It's a disability thing. So overall I will never in my life go back. I rather let my teeth fall out of my head. He does not deserve 1 star.

Dr. Ried is a wonderful dentist and so are the staff. He truly understands and plans on resolving my tooth issue.

My experience there was great the dentist was excellent and so was his assistant and I would recommend him to everybody or anybody that needs a dentist

Dr. Reid is wonderful did three extractions with little pain, his assistant was very kind!!! Even called the next day to check on me himself not one of his staff members which I appreciated.

Great experience! They were able to take care of my needs as quickly as possible. Definitely will be my go to dental provider for the foreseeable future!

Great place. I had really bad tooth pain, I called they got me in the same day, they wanted to do a root canal but I wanted an extraction & the Dr did it the same day within like 15 mins! Next day I have absolutely no pain

Should have zero stars. Don't go here even if you HAVE to. Had an appt last week he scheduled me over 2 months out for an appt for an extraction. Was suppose to have sedation, i ended up called them last night because of horrid pain and i couldnt wait 2 months. Went in today he THOUGHT HE ALREADY PULLED IT which shows how much he knows as a dentist. Knew i had medical issues and told me to stop "acting like that" when he tried to pull it. My blood pressure ended up too high and they made me leave with a half numbed mouth and severely infected with no medication. Dentist is absolutely rude and unprofessional not to mention the outrageous wait times.

My appointment time was for 1:00 pm. At 1:35 I approached the desk and informed them my appointment was over half an hour late to be called. She told me they were short staffed and she would look into it. She came back and said it would be ten to fifteen minutes or I could reschedule. I told her I did not want to reschedule when I have no guarantee they wouldn't overbook themselves again. She assured me that they weren't overbooked, but rather someone had called off. I was skeptical because in the lobby was a man who had called for a walk in for a denture problem. Ten minutes later she told me they were cleaning a room for me. Around this time, another woman came in and said she had called in an had been told if she made it before 2:00pm she could be seen, again making me believe they were far overbooking themselves. Someone else who had gotten to the clinic forty minutes after me was called back. I requested my paperwork back and asked to cancel. I was again offered a chance to reschedule. It took another 10 minutes to get my paperwork back to me. At no point did a member of management come to speak with me about my experience. I can't trust them to hold an appointment time or to follow through on giving me a room when I've been waiting 45 minutes, I definitely will not trust them with my dental care.

Yes I would agree they are busy and waits are longer then usual. Let me say it is definitely worth the wait I came from Afdent my wisdom teeth were impacted and bothering me and causing me so much grief even Afdent was unwilling to pull them. ABG was able to get me in the following week for the extraction without the need to go anywhere else. The surgeon promise he would be able to get them pulled in which he did. Although I do wish he could've done all 4 the same day he still got the job done and for a fraction of the price of any of oral surgeon locations I consulted. Very please with this procedure. Recovery did take longer but due to how impacted my teeth were. Thank you I was very pleased and so were my pockets.

From my experience they seem like a money hungry business vs a physician offering patient care. They are booked many months out, yet the day of my appointment I have to sit in the lobby over an hour past my appt time, and by the time the doctor saw me it was closer to 2 hours which is ridiculous. But aside from that he is the most rude medical provider I've ever encountered. Thought it was a bad day but nope he was just the same the second time. Do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I was able to get in as a walk in so they could put on a crown that came off. Staff, hygienist, & doctor were friendly, courteous, & informative.

I'm in so much pain and have been waiting since 11:30. It is now 12:04pm and I'm still waiting in the lobby. The pain is unbearable..
