If I could give negative star I would. I dnt usually give bad reviews to business because I myself know it could of been a one time bad experience. But in this situation it Initiated since simply setting an appointment. I'm in the medical field myself and I give my respect to medical staff. I'm well educated in insurance and at least have simple curtisy. I had an altercation encounter just to make an appointment at this place. The front office staff(unknown name lady) was extremely rude. Using the excuse the insurance was not accepted. Same day I was able to fax over eligibility form and place on the phone line the insurance representative. Finally was given an appointment with an attitude and all I guess cuz I went out my way to do her job. Appointment day she says we dnt have dental ins and in other words tells us we can leave. Other altercations happed this day with her I asked for her name which she refused to give me. I asked to apologize so I can respectfully keep the appointment since unfortunately was only option due to ins at the moment , she also refuse to apologize. Highly highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The dentist might be other, but her staff was trash !

Love my dentist office. this is the best place for any type of dental procedure. The entire staff is fantastic. Look no further for your perfect smile. My experiences here have been great here. The staff are all super cool/friendly. Dr.Veinberg is great! The assistants are very professional. Facility is always really clean and well organized. I don't plan on going anywhere else.
