The dentist and hygienists are amazing here but the billing and admin side is an absolute nightmare.

The staff were very pleasant, especially our dentist Dr. Brandon. He did so well to keep my children comfortable and pay attention to their pain, concerns and fears. Thank you for caring about my children and their little teeth

So cool to watch my little girl to go from screaming at the dentist to handling it like a champ! So glad I decided to take her here! Dr. Allen was great! I love that he didn't need to spend a lot of time in her mouth to know what was going on and how they can help.

I really wanted to share my experience in case there is another mom who is in my shoes and that this could possibly help. Let me start by saying I think ABC is a great place for kids and the environment is friendly and fun. I have had two experiences with two different dentists here. The first time we brought my daughter in she was 2 and had 2 cavities that we did a conscious sedation to get filled. Over all that was a good experience the nurses in the surgery center were so sweet and helped calm my nerves and were so kind to walk me through all my anxious questions I had a bout it. Fast forward 6 months and my daughter has a bunch of cavities again that we have to deal with. She has very soft enamel. I took her in and met with a new dentist and she was kind but I felt frustrated that she made it seem like I didn't have very many treatment options. She told me straight up they are doing a full sedation to get them all filled and she wanted to put crowns on all of my daughters molars. I just immediately felt sick to my stomach. I know my daughter needed to get her cavities filled but a full sedation did not feel right. When I asked questions I felt like I had no choice. My daughter is 3 and to be honest - she does pretty good at the dentist, normal nerves but she isn't terrified by any means. I sat on it for a few days and was sooo anxious about it. Decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion and I'm SO glad I did. If you made it this far into my review and take away anything from this I hope it's this: always advocate for your child - you know them best, if your intuition is telling you something listen closely, and always get a 2nd opinion. I was able to take my daughter to Dr Bills - Him and his staff were above and beyond my expectations. They took such great care of my girl and were able to fill her cavities with laser dentistry (no shots, no drills) I could not be happier for trusting my gut. Also a bonus was I saved $2000 by not doing a sedation!!!!! We had an amazing experience and my daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist! I always try to talk it up and make it fun for her which helps too. I did read reviews about how ABC hands sedations out left and right and ultimately that just did not sit well with me. I am grateful that there is an option to do that for kids who are terrified or have trauma around the dentist but felt like my daughter did not apply. I wish they would have taken the time to understand my concerns and offer other options. I hope this review may help another momma who is in the same spot I was in.

Such an amazing pediatric dentistry! Totally aware of kids naturally being a little nervous. You can tell they put the safety of the kids first. I'm so grateful for Dr. Allen! He explained things super well and was very thoughtful! Definitely staying with Dr. Allen for a long while!

We have been going to ABC for over 13 yrs now with our 4 children. We absolutely LOVE THEM, have never had a single problem, and highly recommend them! We love Dr Allen and Dr Brandon. They both take their time with us, explain things in detail, are friendly and so gentle with our kids. They're honest about everything, and so kind. Our kids actually get excited to go to the dentist! We moved away for a year, and literally one of the biggest things we missed about Cache Valley were our dentists! Seeing the difference between ABC & 2 other dentists was crazy. Hands down, take your kids to ABC!

I asked my son with special needs what he liked about ABC Dentistry ... he said 'EVERYTHING' !!! And I agree !! Calm atmosphere, friendly & attentive staff ... they listen well & communicate positively. Dr. Allen is smart & informative & pleasant & interactive, and remains that way even when we've needed to be 'squeezed in' for an emergency visit! We really do like EVERYTHING about ABC !!!!!

I've been coming to ABC for a few years now. Sometimes the staff is good with kids and sometimes very inept and downright terrible. I never see the same people or even the same Dentists. I am not going to bring my child here anymore. She hates coming, and it's because she doesn't feel safe. It is not consistent and children need some consistency. I also was not happy at being treated rudely when I had to cancel an appointment. I am a single mom and work during the day while my mom watches my little one. I came home from work and my lo didn't feel well (and she also cries if she needs to go to ABC) so I called to cancel the appointment. I apologized for the late notice. I was told coldly that I had to pay $20 before I could even reschedule. You work with children, you should be flexible. Bye, I don't want to reschedule.

Dr. Brandon is great the billing staff is ridiculous. My mom took the kids one time and ended up getting a spacer put in for one of my sons. They don't work with you if you're low income and have no compassion. Had me and my kids sitting there for 15 mins before they told us they wouldn't see us unless I paid the balance in full. Communication before the appointment would of been great and not wasted our time.

This place is fantastic! My daughter gets pretty nervous about going to the dentist and got so worked up at her appointment that she got a nosebleed. The dental hygienist, I think her name was Anne, was SOOO sweet with my daughter! She let her look at all of her tools and then took close to 10 minutes explaining what everything was and how it worked before even starting. She checked up on her frequently throughout her appointment to make sure she felt comfortable. They have movies for the kids to watch, a calming fish tank, prizes, and there's always some sort of contest for the kids to enter. The dentists are all friendly and do a great job, all while keeping the kids entertained. So happy that my kids can go here! Thank you!

We have been going to ABC Pediatric Dentistry for the last 10 years with no complaints! We started out by seeing Dr. Allen. My older children have both had to have minor dental work done, Dr. Allen made sure to try to do the dental work without sedation first. On our most recent visit, it was determined that my daughter (age 5) needed to have 2 cavities filled. She has no anxiety with the dentist, however, the dentist strongly recommended sedation without wanting to try to do it without. This was a dentist that we had never seen before and didn't know my children. They weren't able to get her in for a month, even though the dentist made it sound fairly urgent. I am not opposed to sedation, when my son was 4-5 it became clear that he wouldn't be able to have a filling done safely, so we did opt for conscious sedation to complete that filling. It was an unpleasant surprise to find that the fees were not covered by my insurance-- even though Dr. Allen was a provider. This is better outlined now, but there is still a $50 scheduling fee and a fee for over $1000 that they tell you that is your responsibility. None of these fees include any of the actual dental work. I am all for paying this if my child needs it, however I was uncomfortable with the dentist wanting to go straight to sedation which comes with its own risks--including needing the pediatrician to sign off on it. I took my daughter to my own dentist for a 2nd opinion. He was able to do the fillings with no problem, no tears, NO sedation and kept it a good experience. She still has no anxiety with the dentist, exclaiming at the end of getting her filling that she loves the dentist! His staff was incredible with her and she did awesome. I will be moving all of my kids to go to him as our family dentist. I want to take them to a place where we get to see the same dentist each time and someone who will get to know my kids! I think sedation has a place if the child will not be able to safely get the dental work done, however, children need to learn how to have dental work done so that they will be able to do it as adults.

Everyone was so kind. The fish tank kept my kids entertained while we waited to see the dentist, it's really awesome! Lexi was so sweet with my boys and let them chat at her for a good 5 minutes answering all their questions. Dr Allen was very kind and helpful and gave great answers to my questions. At the end they gave my 4 year old a token to get a prize out or their prize machine and he was SO excited. We had an awesome experience overall.

We just had our first appointment and it went well. The staff was very nice and especially accommodating with my 2 year old who was defiant at getting her teeth checked. It was so nice to have a room where I could hold her on my lap while the checked her. Go see ABC Pedriatic Dentistry!
