My son came in for a cleaning and he only got fluoride brushed on his teeth. No cleaning, no looking at his teeth at all. Then the doctor was supposed to come in and look and speak to me about his teeth and she said not one word to me just barely looked in his mouth and an assistant said 8 cavities mom. Not telling me which ones, showing which ones, nothing. Then said we will need to do all 8 together and put him to sleep at our sister office and schedule that appt with the front desk have a nice day. I will be taking my child to a different dentist and will not be returning here. This was his first experience and I didn't like the treatment he got because it wasn't a cleanijg nor did the dentist speak to me at all like they should.

Disappointed in ABC dental. I have 4 daughters. I have never had a problem with them. Until I took my 4th daughter there. The employee that answer the phone is the most disrespectful person. She thinks it was okay to cause problems between my daughters father and I. I will never take my children to this hateful place again.

I absolutely love ABC Dental! They are so great with my kids. They make them feel comfortable and they are very patient and everyone is so nice.

I took my daughter here for several years and they are good with kids. Make them feel comfortable and have movies playing on the ceiling so the kids can focus on something else. Rescheduling is a pain though. They've rescheduled me out as far as 6 months. Most recently I had surgery and had to reschedule my daughter's cleaning and they were booking far out, again. Fortunately a other clinic nearby was able to get us in as a new patient within a week!

Never had a problem til today, the dental assistant called my kid back and the girl with black hair and blonde ends got up to give the assistant the red light til my 2 insurances went through. Once I gave the info I went back to find her laying there not being worked on, the assistant went to the front desk to get the green light from the girl with black hair blonde ends. This place is not worth being treated like you can't afford to fix your kids teeth! Unfortunately they lost 2 patients!

might be a few months before you get a appointment but its worth the wait, this place is great. My kiddo has autism and they fully accommodate.

Had me come all the way go a dental appointment and because I was late turned me around, with gas prices so high you could of simply told me when I was on the phone with you. Also this lady named Monica butts in and asks when was her appointment takes all the attention away from us talking and when she says 8:40 she says No with a funky attitude. Who even asked you and then to give a response like yeah not ok.....

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Great with children, definitely a 10 out of 10 and would recommend to everyone looking for an amazing children dentistry.

Both of my children had an appointment, one is at 8am and the other at 8:40am, so I had to bring them both together. Well, they insisted that I leave my little one in a waiting room by herself while I go in with my oldest kid. They insisted i leave her by herself in a waiting room that is full of strangers and front door that anyone can go in and out! Very dangerous and absolutely NOT safe! Will never go there again! They just lost 3 patients!!

ABC Dental is a great office to visit for a routine cleaning and oral evaluation. My son had to have some cavities removed and caps placed.The staff does a great job in explaining the procedure and answering questions.

I love coming here they make me feel welcome & very patient with the kids not to mention they also work with my work schedule getting both of my kids inn at the same time if I could give them a 10 star I would.. the lady's at the front desk alway have a smile on there faces the employees inn the back alway give there all when it comes to the kids make them feel very comfortable never rude always happy about what they do

The lady who cleaned my kid's teeth was great. Turns out we need extensive care. I just would have appreciated if the doctor had taken the time to tell me the bad news instead of leaving it with the hygienist.

Took my son and daughter here and the service was awesome! They made my kids very comfortable (they were nervous) and made their trip to the dentist pleasantly relaxed, not to mention they enjoyed watching movies while getting their teeth cleaned ! I knew I would love this place! Thanks ABC Dental!

The staff were all so nice. The hygienist took the time to show my 3 year old all of the tools she would be using. She let him touch them and hear what they sound like before she even started the cleaning. She was great with my son and made the whole process stress free for both of us! I never imagined my son would be so happy leaving his first dentist appointment. Would definitely recommend!

Took my 12 month old for his first check up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very ably handled my baby who does not like his mouth being messed with.

Up until today, I have only had the problem that their "6 month check ups" were actually more likely 8-9 months!!! I get they are busy so I never complained!!! But today, I was there for my appointment 20 minutes early like I was am to make sure I had enough time to fill out paperwork!!! Today, I waited for a hour AFTER their appointment time before one of two of my kids were called back!!! He was taken back and came out before my other kiddo was able to call back!!! They have school!!! They needed to get to school!!! I didn't have another hour to wait before she was called back!!! I make the earliest appointment for a reason!!! So they didn't have to miss too much school!!! By the time my daughter would have been called back, I may as well have just called them in for the day!!! It was a regular check up!!! A quick cleaning, a quick glance at their teeth and out!!! Usually we are in and out in under 40 minutes for two of my kids to be seen!!! Now, even though I like Dr. Anderson very much and her dental assistants, I will be looking for a new dentist office!!! One that isn't so busy with more patients than they can handle!!! THANK YOU FOR 10 YEARS YOU HAVE PROVIDED FOR MY FAMILY!!!

We have enjoyed the services provided to our children as well as how good the doctors and assistants have treated us and the girls, however, customer service is the face of a company. A few of the front desk girls really lack in proper customer service. I was disappointed to call in December 2021 and try to set up appointments only to be talked to in an impatient tone. I was told ABC Dental was completely booked. I figured as much for December and maybe even January. I then asked if I could schedule out further and she again said they were completely booked. Now, I know ABC Dental in Independence gets a lot of business especially in the area they are located but I know the whole year of 2022 is not booked right now. She did not give me any explanation nor did she give me any chance to schedule future appointments. I should not feel rushed to get off the phone no matter what day or time it is. I work in customer service and I know the customer service light can go on 'E' sometimes but I never let my customers feel less than because of my selfishness. Be grateful you have a job and you are breathing sweetie. Get a good nights rest and move forward being the best you can be. Unfortunately, we will take our business elsewhere for now.
