Dr. Vo and his team are absolutely phenomenal!!! Of course no one likes going to the dentist, but if you have to go this is the ONLY place to go in Fort Worth. Everyone in this office is professional, polite, kind and caring. In all my 53 years, this is the best dentist I've ever been to.

Poor experience here, dental hygienist tried to make me spend $300 out of pocket for an unnecessary deep cleaning. Came home to a bill for $80 for x-rays that they didn't mention would be extra or that insurance wasn't covering it. Will not be coming back

I had the worst customer service experience yesterday at this dental office. The new dentist Dr. VO is very unprofessional and joking and bossing his staff around with a loud voice. He skipped me and attended to other patients that were seated after me in the treatment room. I sat for 2 hours and when I would look over to see if he was coming he would just look at me. I asked Yolanda why it was taking so long to get a basic cleaning. She said he would be coming in a bit and never did. I asked for a refund and he told Yolanda that I was free to leave and get a full refund. He looked at me as I was leaving and never professionally apologized. I have been a patient at ABC Dental in Keller for 5 years and this new dentist ruined it for me. I am never going back there again!

I required emergency dental work the day before flying to Mexico and the ABC 123 Dental team got me right in and helped me. Every staff member that I encountered was both friendly and efficient. They saved both my day and my trip! I highly recommend this dentistry.

Thank you Yolanda, and Dr. Lee for doing and amazing job! Professional and friendly office. I got in and out without feeling rushed. Can't forget the front desk ladies Yolanda and Angie! These ladies are very welcoming and informative. They explained everything I needed to know in a detail manner.

Dr Lee is very friendly and expert in his field. Very gentle touch when giving injections and my tooth removal. His staff - Alyssa, Yolanda, Angie and Cynthia are all great, friendly staff. They do everything to make you feel at ease. Never been good at going to dentist but I will go back here for sure. Thank you ABC Dental

Great experience at ABC Dental. Dr. Patel and her staff are professional, thorough and did a wonderful job. I felt like I was at a spa. Parking is great, the office was clean. Easy five stars.

Update, after being sent to another location for a second opinion since the dentist on sight did not know how to fix her mistake, I saw their chosen dentist for that (as previously mentioned below). He said they would give me a refund so that I could have the work fixed elsewhere. I did not know that was even an option. Months and multiple phone calls later of playing phone tag and being told they need to check with him and call back, repeatedly, I received a voicemail saying they will not be fulfilling their promises and will not be issuing a refund. Go somewhere else, people. 3 stars is for the very friendly and nice staff. The extensive work I had done was not good for me or my child. I can't chew on the left side now because my teeth don't come together all the way. It's painful, in multiple areas to chew and floss and I'm 8 weeks out from the work done. I now get headaches, and apparently now I grind my teeth because of the changes in my mouth. I went back 3 times for a bite adjustment, and the dentist didn't know how to fix it. Then, they sent me to another location for a second opinion. The dentist there said he sees the issue, and that I should go somewhere else to get it fixed, then ask this office for a refund so that I can pay the next dentist. I don't know when I'll have time to do all of this, but it's frustrating to have a dentist that doesn't know as much as you'd think they would and should. When you pay thousands for dental work, you should be able to have a fully functioning bite! I need to be able to chew on both sides. I need an old seasoned dentist who has all the answers. Send help!

All the great reviews are because they pushing it with a whitening kit for free. They are terrible and my family and myself will not be back. They did not fix the problem the first time and when I went back they charged again and I'm still in pain. When I called today she was very rude. No more. Moving on to a real dentist with better customer service.

I've been going to this dentist for 3 years now and it's been really great every time. Dr. Patel is fantastic, and they're always quick and efficient during appointment times. My last appointment was my first dental appointment since the COVID-19 pandemic started and things were very well organized and clean in the office.
