Long time client never missed an appt. Called on a Friday to reschedule an appt I had on Tuesday they were closed. Called Sat they were closed. Called Monday to move appt said I couldn't reschedule until I spoke with manager Rick. Quickly got an email asking for $30 for cancelled appt. Called within the hour to get back that time slot it was already filled so how are you charging me if you filled the time slot. Asked to discuss with Rick. Receptionist gave Rick my message to get back to me. 5 more phone calls and 2 weeks later no call from Rick. Called again Rick answers I said I was waiting 2 weeks to hear from you. He said he doesn't call back. Asked to speak to his boss or the owner. He probably didn't relay that message as I haven't heard back from anyone. Rick save your time replying to this review with your cancellation policy as the other poor reviews.

I found this practice through my insurance. For a dental office, everyone was very nice which I am not used to. I was very satisfied. My last dental office was always trying to upsell me on optional procedures I didn't need, I didn't feel that way here.

Been coming here for many years. I have a local dentist that I go to for cleanings, but I come to Abbella whenever I need any major work performed. I only trust Dr Liang for anything extensive.

The front office staff was very friendly- from making my appointment to checking out. The dentist was very detailed with my dental work and took her time to answer all my questions. The entire office is very clean and I will definitely be coming again. PS- I appreciate the COVID safety procedures. It made me feel safe and relaxed throughout the visit!

Great office. My daughters and I travel from Philadelphia to Abbella because we only trust them to do our dental work. Staff are always friendly and thorough. We took a break from our cleanings due to COVID, but we came back recently and felt very safe.

Been going to Abbella Dental over 3 years now. Dr. Liang is thorough with my treatment and puts me at ease with her explanations to my questions. Highly recommend her! Her staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

I found Dr. Liang to be the only competent person that I dealt with there. The dental hygienists is void of a personality and Rick, the office manager, is more concerned with charging for a missed appointment , that was cancelled by voice message by the way, then actually providing a service for their clients. They have tried to charge me twice for appointments cancelled 24 hours ahead of time, and my girlfriend once. Get real Rick.

I have been very hesitant to return to the dentist. I finally went back to Abbella and felt very safe there. Everything is very clean and the workers are nice.

The only reason im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is beacause the doctor is quite a pleasure. However the business is not run well. I was diagnosed with epilepsy 2 years ago. I have at least 1 seizure every 2 weeks. Anytime I have a seizure I'm usually incapacitated for about 12 hours there after. I received the call from their automated system to confirm my appointment and I canceled it through the automated system. They called me today stating that I will be receiving a $35 cancellation fee for both me and my son's appointment. That's $70. FOR NO SERVICES RECEIVED. I explained that I had a medical emergency. And they didn't seem to care. I spoke with the manager Rick to try and come to a reasoning. I explained my situation as well as that I am not able to drive due to my condition so it's hard enough to get there in the first place but that I'm also on bed rest because of the seizure I had the day before the appointment and how I'm supposed to be on bed rest. When I had my first seizure I crashed my car and lost my job as I was a driver. I tried to explain my medical condition and that I have pretty much new means of travel and that I have no income. I pleaded that they helped me out as my son has just lost two teeth this past week. And they just said no. It's not a good way to do business. Especially if you're in the medical industry and one of your patients is suffering from another very serious medical condition which is the reason why the appointment had to be cancelled in the first place. I think it's unfair and unreasonable. Just simply not a good way to do business. Especially making people pay for absolutely nothing. And calling it policy. Definitely a good way to make money though. God forbid anybody has a medical emergency and can't make their appointment. At least they can still make some money right. Always boils down to a dollar. Never boils down to the patient

You have to wear a mask in the waiting but not anywhere else. I guess the virus knows not to leave the waiting room. Furthermore, I informed them that I am medically except and the guy at the desk ask to see my papers or note? THATS AGAINST HIPA. I would think a Dr's office would know that. Maybe I wont sue you.

Dr. Liang and her team managed an impossible feat: they made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. From the first appointment they've been nothing but kind, accommodating, professional, and reasonable, and are always willing to work with my weird life situations (time, travel, and insurance constraints), making things as easy as possible. Dr. Liang especially goes out of her way to treat her patients with compassion, professionalism, and expertise. Honestly, she's the best dentist ever, and they're the best staff ever. I can't recommend them enough. P.S. They're also taking all health and safety precautions for covid (without throwing that cost onto the patient). Seriously, just stop it already and book an appt with them.

I've tried so many dental practices trying to find the right fit & I'm so grateful I drove past Abbella & took a chance. My family and I have been going here for years & I am so impressed with the service, skill, & expertise of the whole staff. Dr Liang is an exceptional dentist. Patient, kind, and always researching current best practices to bring to her patients. Rick the office manager is also awesome. He helped with a bunch of insurance hiccups (on my end) & patiently resolved any and all billing concerns. I would highly recommend this practice.

My son has an emergency situation on one of his baby teeth. I was impressed that I was able to bring him to the dental office the next day. Thanks for the arrangement from their staff manager Rick. Dr. Liang did a great job taking care of the issue. My 4 year old did not complain at all after a baby root canal and crown. They always describe the cost up front and ask for a permission before doing any activity proposed by Dr Liang. We are very pleased with the experience there.

Had an extraction and implant performed. Process was thoroughly explained to me and pricing was reasonable.
