Dr. Raissi attended the University of Minnesota where he studied Biological Sciences. In 1995, he received his DDS degree from Marquette Universitys School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI. In 1996, he completed an AEGD program at the Isaac Coggs Health Clinic in Milwaukee, WI. In 1997, he completed a GPR program at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. He practiced general dentistry for 6 years then attended University of Southern California School of Dentistry, Department of Postgraduate Endodontics, where he received his Endodontics Specialty certificate.
Dr. Raissi is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, California Dental Association, and Santa Clara County Dental Society. Dr. Raissi is also a member of the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce and the local Rotary International chapter and is a multiple recipient of the Paul Harris award.
