Looking for new pediatric dentist as of today. I had and appointment scheduled for today for my daughter, took off from work to take her there, come on time, when asked covid questions if my child has a runny nose or a cough she can't be seen, I assure the person she was tested for covid and came back negative, my daughter is at school I won't risk sending her to school sick ( I mean she has a cold, but every other child in her classroom has a cold too) so instead of asking for proof she tells me is not just covid there are many viruses out there. Let me tell you, I do my best but almost the whole fall and winter my daughter has a runny nose. I can't reschedule and take off work because she may have a runny nose again in 2 weeks. I am aware of covid policies, but this is the only place I go to that does see a child due to a cold. I did not like the response from the front desk person either. I used to like this place but I don't like to waste my time.

Need new reception they almost never answer the phone and when they do the pick the phone up and put it on hold it takes hours, sometimes days to speak with someone they really should look into hiring people who actually want to work

Horrible place. Google reviews are 200% correct. Worst front desk. They don't even have a minute to listen to you. I scheduled my appointment after giving all my insurance information, ssn and other details. They confirmed everything. Couple of days before my appointment I got a call asking for child SSN, I told that as child is dependent it won't be available on insurance policy. That lady don't even have patience to comprehend what I am saying. I offered to send a copy of my insurance policy. She is no mood to listen. Just give SSN, that is her line and she is delighted to cancel my appointment than spending a minute to get new patient. Hatsoff to the management for hiring excellent front office. Sorry I can't give less than 1 star, otherwise I would have given 0.

The entire staff there seems very miserable. EVERYONE seem like it's just a paycheck for them working in this pediatric field. Due to "new policies " they don't schedule kids under 6 in the afternoon ...so I was giving a hard time trying to set up an appointment having my 3 year old well mannered daughter come in for an afternoon appointment with her 9 year old Autistic brother. Ridiculous to think I would have to take off work as well as keep my daughter out of school just for them to look and clean her teeth within no more than 5 mins . I've been a lengthy parent of a child who has been going to this location for yearsssss ! In fact, way before they did their little office renovations. I was disappointed to have to go through what I went through to finally get her to be seen for a afternoon which was today. No one was welcoming at all. I heard the staff mentioned 3 year old more than anything else that pertained to consulting with me about her overall dental check up . Isn't this suppose to be a kid friendly environment?! As I was walking out the room with my kids I thanked the hygienist and it wasn't acknowledged. After giving in my daughters updated medical forms at the front desk , a recommendation wasn't even suggested to even book their next visit. I also strongly feel like if you are accepting children with special needs the doctors should be more knowledgeable with strategies to take on kids who may come in with fear of getting a simple tooth pulled out. Sarcasm over the phone to sarcasm in the actually office ... no one seems to be passionate overall with whatever job title they have in that office .

I cant believe i have to do this about a children's place. As far as I can remember my girlfriend always took our 1st daughter there. She recently called to make an appointment and there was a little back and forth with the receptionist and instead of just doing the right thing like booking her for the appointment she had called for the receptionist refused to after she told her she had an open spot forcing us to take another date and time. We let it go then came the day of the appointment, what do you know my girlfriend gave birth to our second daughter the day before our oldest's dental appointment. We tried to call to cancel. Whoever the receptionist was kept putting us on hold and refused to help us. We called over 9 times and the same thing kept happening. She never picked up for us. That was just mean and rude. The staff has to go asap. There is no professionalism at all

Very bad experience after years. Only because of staff Ruby ......was really soo rude, sarcastic and hanged up the phone when I asked about her name , jasmine .....office manager instead of correcting or apologising , she defended her employee before she even hear from me saying that they have a policy Soo sorry. I've never posted any negative comment in my life but it was enough to drive me to do so Other than that my experience with doctors and technicians was really great but the receptionists are the first you deal with .

HORRIBLE!! Beware of the curly hair dentist! She was so rough with my daughter and she's only 7! As a mother of 7, we NEVER had such a bad experience! The receptionist was so nice so we thought we would have a good experience especially since our previous dentist doesn't accept our insurance anymore. She yelled at me to hold my daughter down but she didn't give enough time for the medicine to numb her mouth. The poor thing was in pain. Don't recommend her at all!!

It's so sad that some people have no choice (because of insurance) but to go here. The staff is so mean, to the parents and to the adults. I've witnessed people getting yelled at every time I go there. My children always walk out of this office sad. I have the sweetest happiest 6year old and yesterday he was down the rest of the day after his appointment here. Even went home and told his grandmother how mean the lady at the dentist was. She yelled at him because he wasn't sitting still. She yelled at him because he almost walked out of the wrong door. She didn't even let him know what she was doing once she got to the cleaning, just went right in and had this cold look on her face the entire time! She looked angry! My other son had a bad experience with the dentist. He had no compassion or care for my sons fears about getting a tooth removed. He even asked me if my son had a learning disability just because he felt he was too old (9yrs) old to be afraid. Seriously?? Why do people like this work with children? And it really seems like they hate the community they work in and don't like any of the people that walk into that office. Shame on this staff, if you don't like your job go somewhere else but don't torment the people who go to you for medical care!!! I am trying to find a new pediatric dental office for my boys because my son had an accident. He needs a dentist who can give options or solutions to fix his teeth. The dentist here basically keeps telling me they can't do anything for him until he's 18!!!! Yeah ok! He just doesn't care and seems to only be about the money. He does nothing but say your child has a few cavities that need filling, even if they were ALREADY done! starting to think the 5 star ratings this office gets are just fake accounts because there are so many people within the community that have negative comments about this staff.

Doctors are great but receptionist are very rude and careless , i have private insurance and went to fix cavity for my daughter they told me i have to pay before we start and i went and paid what they asked , then at the next appointment they told you have to pay 70 dollars more because the insurance does not accept to pay , we didnot get the insurance approval before starting to work and let us know , then pay or we will let you in and you have to decide now as our time is sensitive but the patient time is not sensitive to take off from my work is not sensitive the worst staff ever
