Desert Orthopedics has partnered with Redmond High Schooland RidgeviewHigh Schoolby providing full time athletic trainers, who work directly with the coaches and student athletes for all of the sports represented at both high schools. Our Redmond medical team, attend game day events throughout the year, ensuring the student athletes that we serve are well cared for. We were named a recipient of the National Athletic Trainers Association Safe Sports Award for our work at Redmond High School last year, thanks to the exceptional care and dedication our athletic trainers and medical teams provided to the Redmond area student athletes.
Desert Orthopedics also provides athletic training and medical support to both regional and national athletic groups, including official medical sponsor for the US Ski & Snowboarding teams and the USA Cycling team who train in the Central Oregon area.
Locally, Desert Orthopedics is proud to be a title sponsor and medical team provider for Mt Bachelor Ski and Education Foundation (MBSEF) at the following events; the Pole Pedal Paddle, The Cascade Cycling Classic, Mini-World Cup and Great Nordeen races. Our doctors and athletic trainers provide onsite first-aid support and urgent orthopedic care for the teams throughout the season and at these competitive events.
