At Aadland Dental, were fueled by our deep love for Vancouver and the people who encompass it. Thats why its our mission to wholeheartedly serve our community with unparalleled comfort and dental excellence. We provide the healthiest, most beautiful smiles that modern dentistry can offer because we believe happy, high quality dental care is the surest way to laugh longer and smile brighter.
Growing up in Vancouver, Washington, my parents owned a bridge building company and I used to run heavy equipment (the big CAT machines!). This ignited my love for business, building, and working with my hands, which later translated into a surprising passion for crafting strong, brilliant smiles. I graduated from Oregon Health and Science University in 2006 as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry with Clinical Honors, and naturally made my way back to Vancouver to perfect my craft as an associate dentist. In 2009, my dream of starting my own small business finally came to fruition and Aadland Dental was born. Today, theres nothing I enjoy more than turning dental visits into something truly comfortable, approachable, and memorable for my local community. Seeing patients fall in love with their new teeth and find the freedom to share their smiles again is what my work thrives on. In addition to my formal education, Im passionate about embracing a life of continued education, sharing my knowledge as a Mentor for CEREC doctors, and staying on the forefront of the newest advancements in dental technology.
As a native of the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy soaking up Vancouverss rich outdoor beauty whenever I can. Whether thats skiing down the sky high mountains of my home state, being on the water, running, or biking, I love to live life to the fullest!

Dr. Lenna Gordon-Ostenson was born and raised in the state of Indiana. She grew up hanging around her father's dental practice and at the age of 5 announced to her family that she was going to be a dentist just like her dad. She earned her Bachelors degree in Biology at Indiana University and her D.D.S. from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Gordon-Ostenson went into practice with her father on the north side of Indianapolis. Dr. Gordon-Ostenson moved to the Pacific Northwest for her husband who is also a dentist in the area with his father. Dr. Gordon-Ostenson prides herself in making the dental office a fun and inviting environment. The dental office feels like home to her and she wants patients to feel the same way. Dr. Gordon-Ostenson stays up on the newest dental advancements by being active in the Clark County Dental Associations, Washington State Dental Association, and American Dental Association. She volunteers several hours a year at the free clinic, Clark College Dental Hygiene Program, and is a big part of Skills Center dental assisting program. She completed an additional two-year post-graduate General Practice Residency at Wake Forest University Medical Center, where she gained considerable experience in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on oral surgery and medically complex patients . As a self described tooth and people nerd, she is a lifelong learner and is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and SPEAR study club. She has a special fondness for those with anxiety or who dislike the dentist understanding that each person is unique. She greatly enjoys getting to know each of her patients, meeting them where they are, and forming lasting relationships. She has called the PNW home since 2013. In her free time she can be found at the dog park with her rescue dogs, swimming laps, or recharging in nature through hiking, paddle boarding, and snowboarding with friends.
