Dr John Benlavi DMD extracted my lower right wisdom tooth. During that time my right lingual nerve - part of the trigeminal nerve system, which is responsible for sensation in the face was damaged. I have no feeling, no taste, a burning sensation, and constant pain from this. I told John and he gave me a tooth scraper from the dentist office and told me to use it, and to buy a shocking machine with my own money to try and see if this things would work with getting feeling back. It has been years now and he has never returned my phone calls and has been zero help with helping me get my life back. Please be aware. John Benlavi should not have Dr in front of his name.

Waste of time been. Doctors keep coming in and out no care for their patients. Put us Netflix and leave don't come back for 40 min and sit sign stuff and leave and it's a repeat.

Wost dentist ever, wish I had never came here for my bracea. Having to go to another dentist to fix the gaps in between my teeth. He makes you wait for hours because he over books himself. Honestly look for a better place. Most dentists are willing to work with you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I went with my brother for several of his appointments and everytime we where there for several hours or more after his scheduled appointment time. On his previous appointment they put him in a room right away and there we sat for well over 4 hours, when the dentist came in he was instructed to pull my brother's teeth but instead he argued and kept trying to convince my brother to get a root canal, I finally had to get assertive and say , "Just pull the teeth please". It took less then 15 minutes to pull the teeth. Today we're back for a follow up, no work he just has to check my brother's gums, he has an appointment for 11:00 am and at 11:30 am still waiting. I will update this review after my brother has been seen. The staff is friendly and there was a smart TV with Netflix, that was the only up side. Well it's 12:40 and the dentist finally got to my brother based off of last time it was somewhat quicker.

What can I say. Had no insurance and this man was able to not only provide free x-rays but went further to accommodate my financial needs. Did feel a little cornered when he tried to do more than I had initially went in there for, but I get it, he was trying to save my teeth. If I ever need some work I will see this man first. Staff is very very friendly!

The staff here are very friendly. The dr is amazing at his work. And also Nice and clean environment. Would recommend to others.

This place doesn't deserve a grade at all. They always want to do a procedure on someone. I have been here since 3:30 and they still haven't came and fix the problem. Then, they did a root canal. I came back multiple times in pain, they didn't check till now and see that it was something serious. Don't choose this dentist because it's a waste of time.

This has to be THEE absolute worst dental office I have ever been to. First of all the operatories DO NOT have sinks for hand washing, the doctor and staff pull random gloves out of their pockets when coming into the rooms. The doctor literally pulled my 10 year old daughters tooth out of her mouth with no warning (she is COMPLETELY TRAUMATIZED) and still distraught behind this whole ordeal. I've contacted my insurance and in the process of filing a grievance. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.
