Born and raised a creature of the outdoors, Dr. Sanford enjoys anything that gives him some fresh air. A former collegiate athlete, he loves all sports, but favors soccer, football, and volleyball. Other hobbies of Dr. Sanford include hunting, fishing, carpentry, puzzles, and spending quality time with family.

I scheduled an appointment several months ago, and had to wait until this week. I had called 2 months or so back to see if I could get in sooner, was told no. So I continued to wait. This morning I called to see what time my appointment was and was informed the office was closed. Is this a permanent thing or just today? Either way, it would have been to nice to have been informed since I waited 5 months for this appointment. And btw no record of my appointment. Disappointing.

I cannot comment on the staff and services here since I did not get that far. Made an appointment here 3 months in advance. I received a text message confirming time and date of appointment. Arranged time off from work to drive a considerable distance. I showed up to the office to find a note on the door stating, "Due to lack of provider, we are closed until further notice. If you have an appointment with us, you will be called to reschedule." I can understand if for unforeseen circumstances arising the office had to shut down, however I never received a call from office staff to reschedule, prior to wasting time showing up to a locked and empty office. Upon discussion with office staff (Paige) as to why and how this could have happened, no explanation was given other than the office was suddenly closed on the day of scheduled appointments. This office did not even have the courtesy to make a call to notify, despite their own note claiming they would have done so. Not sure how a business can operate and treat patients in such a manner.

Thanks AA Dental Care for making my appt a smooth and calm experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, Dr Siebert and Araya (sorry, spelling) were great at explaining my situation and discussing options. I wasn't rushed and felt comfortable I understood all aspects involved, dental through financial. A great team of professionals.

I hadn't been to the dentist for many years. Everyone was very friendly. The tech that worked on me was very good. She tried to to be aware of when she was hurting me and I need a break.

The staff is professional, and very mindful of your time. Every treatment plan is explained in full detail, and they always work with my family's budget, so we can schedule what we need when it's best for us.

Staff is always friendly and willing to work with me if dental expenses are more than I can afford in one visit. I appreciate the flexibility because it allows me to get the care I need without waiting for the financial aspect to always fully be there.

This place has given me the best dental experience. I always hated to go to the dentist and always felt bad about my teeth. Here they do not make you feel bad at all and make it such a positive experience. They are really great.

OMG, Hannah, my dental hygienist, was excellent in everyway. She spent time with me and explained my conditions and alternatives. She eased my fears and put my mind at peace. She has an awesome bedside manner and due to her, I would highly recommend AA dental care. I don't mean to disregard the actual dentist, he was considerate and experienced. But, Hannah made my day. Thank you all.

Going to the dentist is never an enjoyable experience, but I really like the Dentist Dr. Sanford and his staff at AA Dental. They are very pleasant and friendly to be around during my Dental visits. Thank you..

We decided to try your office because you were in the Metlife network and I thought it would save me a few $. My wife and 2 kids visited on 10/19/21 and had the worst experience. She got a call that morning that they could get them in sooner. It took 2.5+ hours for their appointments. The dental tech didn't know what she was doing. Didn't know how to use the X-ray equipment. All 3 of them complained how much giant metal shields hurt, but were told they couldn't find anything smaller. I called the same day and cancelled my appointment. Now I get a bill for $186 of services that were performed that were not covered by my insurance... Thanks a lot. Hopefully I can convince my kids to go back to the dentist someday, but it sure won't be at your office... We have all gone to the dentist twice a year (out of network) and have NEVER had any issues, besides a small bill, which now seems well worth it... I've called twice. Talked to the receptionist once and left a message the other time. They will not contact me to discuss. I also messaged them on Facebook. They messaged back that someone would contact me to discuss, but have not been contacted. They probably blocked my phone number...
