The billing system is really bad. They sent me a bill 2 years later claiming I had a cleaning but never paid for it. I was a customer for over 6 years. I was getting 3 cleaning per year and paid my bill every time. I will not be going back, my wife, my Son and both Parents also found another dentist.

AWFUL.....the Worst Dentist office I have ever been too... Starting with Nicki the receptionist !!! Her biggest mistake is being so fake..she is only concerned about $$$..the first time I went in to have a procedure done she asked me to pay in full before I even sat in the chair...She Said I don't know you you can run off without paying,I looked at her like "are you kidding me" I refused to pay for something I didn't have done yet! So after the Dr was done....I paid her in full and left .....I came back to have other work done...the Dr simply took 2 x-rays and glued my bridge back in temporarily ,which was high and not fitting well and it was very uncomfortable,I was told nothing could be done and to just live with it until I come back...So to say the least I left with my bite being off .....The bill was $40! I then made my next appointment and my Estimate was over 5k... I felt obligated to throw down 1000 dollars to prove I wasn't running off and not paying....(no one does that) I came back for my next appointment 2 weeks later after being left in that condition....As I sat down I mentioned that the tooth on the right was bothering me and I thought it was from a sinus infection.....so after I took off work to be there and already gave them 1000 dollars to start my treatment plan the Dr says You need a root canal I can't work on your left side.. You must go to an Endo today!! I knew it was not a root canal that was needed ...I know my body and I knew what I was feeling..So I got up requested my 1000 dollars back and went right to the ER.....The Dr in the ER asked me if the Dentist looked at the tooth that was bothering me and I said No!! So he looked...poked around and found a small peice of Popcorn Hull stuck way under the gum..... He was so wonderful and said to me Stay away from that Dentist She did not take one minute to even look.... that says she wasn't interested in your health or well being......So stay away from AA dental ... .....Sick and Disturbing dental office.....

I had expectations of a good experience as my friends have been referring me to Drs. Alexander & Arocha Dental Practice for years. I did not expect perfection or idealism which is exactly what I experienced. Thank you to the staff for high attention to my person and my health. The receptionist Nicky was very professional and fun to communicate with. The Hygienist Diane was so communicative with issues she observed in my mouth and performed the least painful x rays I've ever received, I've got a crowded bone filled mouth like her apparently. When the dentist came in to speak to me and perform the exam, she checked my neck glands, my jaw for TMJ, she took more time than any other dentist I've ever seen, I'm 49 years young by the way. Its so easy to give a 5 star recommendation and to call this practice the ideal that all practices should attempt to achieve. The pricing for services was outstanding based on my previous experience with the market. As a new patient it cost $ 250 for x rays, a through cleaning and an outstanding exam. Lastly it's clear why they have a long waiting list for new patients, Again THANK YOU !

Love this office, Nikky is amazing!!! Dr. Arocha and Dr. Alexander are the best most caring Doctors I have ever met, the whole staff is great. If you want a good professional environment and Doctors and Hygienist that know what they are doing please come to this office you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Allison Alexander is OUTSTANDING. She is personable, patient, caring, thorough and amazing at her craft. In addition to experiencing wonderful care during regularly scheduled visits, AA Dental has been extremely accommodating in emergency situations and provided immediate treatment.
