Will reccomend to anyone! Great service with wonderful and friendly staff. Easy to make appointments and they make the whole process super convenient. Not to mention they are affordable and work with almost any insurance. I won't go anywhere else

The person who cleaned my teeth at my first patient visit was way too aggressive and I do not want to experience that again. He sprayed water all over myself and the attendant during the cleaning. The polishing was an absolute joke as he just brushed the polishing tool quickly across all of my teeth and was done in two seconds.

Worst dental cleaning and care I've ever received. They had me in and out in roughly 15 minutes, with the most cursory of examinations and cleanings. I can't overemphasize how lackluster the service is.

Great place & great staff!!! My mom is afraid of dentists and when she started coming here she was perfectly fine and happy!!! Front desk ladies always super nice and helpful and her doctor... great person!!!

After months of searching for a good dentist i came across A2Z dental. The facility is clean and I never have a long wait time to be seen by the dentist. The staff is absolutely amazing... friendly and knowledgeable!!!! (Especially the front desk) Thank you guys for everything.

I will never be coming back to this place. I feel doctors and anybody from the healthcare field should be there to support patients. I visited this dentist because I have been feeling pain/disconfort in one tooth. The assistant was extremely nice and Knowledgeable, the doctor on the other hand, acted annoyed for every question or comment I made. To top it off, I was lecture by the receptionist because I tried to pay the co-pay with my debit card. She said "make sure you bring cash for the next time". Which I believe they should have a sign for all customers to let them know they have a minimum on cards... Never will be going back.

Had 2 positive experiences - one routine cleaning and a cavity fill. 3rd time was for another routine cleaning this time they switched dentist last second, which i didn't mind; however, it was the worst dental experience I've had in over 20 years. I have a decent pain threshold and three times I had to throw my arms out to stop the man from painfully digging at my teeth & gums. Never had to do that before. I asked him each time to please take it easy and he didn't acknowledge me. Honestly, it aggravated me greatly and after the appointment I called him out to the front desk person. He was young so maybe he was new and didn't understand what bedside manner was or was simply mad because he had to do the cleaning, as the hygienists were occupied. Don't remember his name and I don't care, I will never return.

After months of searching for a dentist that accepted my insurance, I found AZ Dental. I was skeptical at first but was immediately drawn in by the clean atmosphere and courteous professionalism. From the receptionist to my chair experience with the doctor to the follow up for my root canal, the experience couldn't be better. All costs were explained upfront, after informing the DA of fears, she was kind and reassuring, explaining everything as we went along. Dr. Song was informative and gentle. I barely felt the needles for anesthesia! I CANNOT express how well and how grateful I am to have them as my providers.

On april 11th I visited that place for my regular cleaning and filling, the hospital is clean and the staff too good, but the doctor doesn't have knowledge ,he did clean my teeth and filled one tooth . From that day onwards I got pain on the same tooth it was on and off but it got worse since last week .Again I went there but he is not sure what to do ,he is keep on asking me which tooth you have pain ? I clearly said I have pain on the filled tooth only, they took an X-ray from that they got to know what happened to my tooth right! but no he is keep on checking to the other tooth too, later he said I have cavity on other tooth and he referred some other doctor for extraction. I never ever go to this hospital again.

Super pleased with this practice. Clean and professional facility with good availability for service. My first experience with this practice: I was with a different DMO provider for over a year. It had a partial denture made for me for upper front teeth. When it arrived, it fit perfectly, but the lab had far more artificial gum line extending down over the tooth than acceptable so given that the tooth line was, by extension, unacceptably shallow, my appearance was equally unacceptable and, frankly, embarrassing. That other dental practice told me repeatedly (every month over 9 months) that, due to COVID manufacturing delays (the excuse of the century given) with providing certain tooth colors, the lab could not correct the denture until the pandemic had long passed and the color became available to it. I was soooooo sick and tired of hearing this that I finally gave up and looked for another DMO practice that said there's no such problem with its lab, and that is A2Z Dental. A PERFECT correction of my flawed denture was made within ONE WEEK of visiting A2Z. I can't be happier and I'm now its happy and what I hope to be long standing patient for years to come.
