This is a great dental practice if you like to show up for your scheduled appointment on time and find the doors locked, and then call the number left on your appointment confirmation voice mail to be told by reception "they should arrive in about an hour", and given no apology, no further explanation, and no alternate number to reach the practice. I can't comment on the quality of clinicians because I'm still sitting outside waiting like a fool, but the level of service Ive received from practice management is completely unacceptable.

Both the Staff and Doctor are very efficient and professional. I highly recommend and will be going back.

I make my appointment at the end of my cleaning for 6 months... EVERY TIME they call me to reschedule, except this time. So I'm thinking they finally got it together. I have a newborn I had to find care for to come to my 11am appointment today... no one is here... needless to say I'm over the unprofessionalism and WILL be finding a new dentist... seeing all these other more recent negative reviews just shows this place doesn't care

My first experience at this office was great in Howell apparently their phone lines are connected to the same office that they have in Clifton unfortunately I made an appointment for my daughter And what I thought was the same office we went to the first time in Howell but it wasn't The receptionist Booked my appointment for me and called to confirm and left a message confirming my appointment at 11:15 ...I had to Take off of work and pull my daughter out of school from second grade it is Unacceptable that there was nobody at the office in Howell where I had gone before and I was told that I was crazy pretty much for going there and that they don't even accept my insurance (After I had already been there for a cleaning for myself and for my two daughters three weeks before)

If you want to become a dental assistant don't come here for clinical hours. The dentist himself is very pushy and don't care about you. He expect you to know everything right off the bat. That's not how it works for most people. I was kick out when the dentist he found out I pregnant. He won't take you at all. I try to tell his assistant that i am before. she won't even listen then act like you are the bad person. Lesson learn stay away from this place for clinical hours to be come a dental assistant. I will be going else where once my daughter is born. Good luck everyone

Dr Nijhawan is the best dentist I have come across. A very friendly atmosphere, everything well organized, neat and clean environment .My appointments are on time,I don't have to wait longer. Dr N makes us understand each and every aspect of the treatment plan and does the best work.The front desk is very nice and helpful as well with any kind of queries. I highly recommend everyone to go there as you will be in very good hands

My younger sister went to this office for a cleaning for the first time today. She's an adult and the doctor only spent 15 minutes cleaning her teeth. First of all a hygienist should have done the cleaning. Second of all her teeth were not flossed and she was not offered a fluoride treatment. She was told she had a cavity but the proper cavity detecting X-rays were not even taken to confirm or to check for additional. Outdated office, not clean. If I could give this practice 0 stars I would.

Nearly a year later, we have been receiving invoices with threats of being placed into collections. I have called the office ten times and asked for a detailed statement. I would like to see why we were given one price at the time of service, paid it and why we are being sent a new invoice with a threat of collections. Not one person will respond to my question, send me a detailed invoice, or give me any information. I have tried to reach the dentist to speak with him, and there is no response. The woman who answers the phone says someone will get back to me, and they never do. I would like to know why they are asking me for money and what it is for.
