My 9yo daighter had a few terrible experiences at another dentist, so we got her into this one. She was very scared. She wrote a bunch of questions one a paper and took it in with her. The dentist took her time to read and answer every question, assuring her she was in good hands. The staff was all polite and kind and all seemed to really like their work. We scheduled another appointment right away and my daughter is looking forward to "visiting her new friends" as she said it. Thank you!

Horrible service. Their in house plan is a rip off. Asked for a price on an extraction and have to make the 70$ appointment.

Every Dentist and each employee are friendly, always in a good mood. The staff is willing to patiently listen to questions and explain the answer in detail. The dentist I see is Dr Parekh. She too is kind and takes the time to answer questions in lay persons language. I appreciate the time and kindness given to me while in their office. Another nice factor is they are reasonably priced. P Boyd

Easy to get an appointment.broken cap, fixed fast and out. Insurance paid most of it $20.00 out of pocket and pain free

The best Dentist office in Waterford! The friendly staff and Dr.Shlom are incredibly courteous, I totally recommend this place!

Probably one of the WORST dentist I've ever been to. This is a new dental place I tried since It has all good reviews, but nobody has mentioned the excruciating pain you will have by the end of the appointment which has made me switch back to my regular dentist to fix the terrible root canal I originally came in for. I had a male worker probably in his 50s, that cut the left side in my mouth while working on a tooth, I was trying to push through it and I could NOT bare the pain but that did not stop him from continuing, he gave me more numbing shots but, that did no help since the 80% did not even making it in my gums. To add to that, I've never been so uncomfortable, I've had 3 people just stand by and watch me while I was crying during it! I don't know much about dentistry but I definitely know he simply does NOT know procedure for a root canal. I went back to my regular dentist the day after where I've laid in comfort while they fixed the uneven root canal I've gotten from here. This was my very first time here and last. the experience overall was not it, nobody should experience this.

Dr spent a lot of time explaining what's going on with my teeth. Everyone was friendly and very clean office.. I would highly recommend friends and family to this dental Facility

Reviews must be a lie, I have been trying to find a new dentist to go to. This one has amazing reviews so I filled out their online form for new patients last week and never heard back. No email, no call. Not sure where all of the positive reviews are coming from.

I love A-1 Dentistry! The girls are very professional, attentive, and prompt in service. The doctors provide great information, education, and service for dental care when needed. Sarah has been my hygienist (approximately 3 years) since I became a patient at A-1 Dentistry. She is always kind, inviting, and professional. She is understanding, patient and compassionate during every visit. Thank you Sarah for such great care (and numbing)!!!! teeth problems
