High Standards Dr. Rahil Deepak and his associates standard of excellence in personalized dental care enable them to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health.

Education & Prevention As a practice, we are true believers that preventive care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Uncompromising Safety Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

A Positive Experience Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Really awful experience with the "Office Manager" she was really disrespectful and rude she was screaming and put words in my mouth that I didn't said, unfortunately I will report the dentist to the insurance for something that he didn't do. She handled the situation really poor and doesn't have education at all. She thought because my mom doesn't speak english she can treated her like trash. Anyway as soon as we see the dentist we will report her with him. Really disappointed and no recommended at all.

After 2 years dealing with western dental I had to find a new dentist, cleanings are great but what about taking care of the issues. This dentistry took the time to explain everything needed, up front pricing none of the "let's play insurance games" like WD, appointments have been in a timely manner, and if appointment issues arise they are courteous and professional in helping you reschedule. Overall pleased with A1 from the front staff to the dentists, I'd highly recommend.

over the last 2 months I had a consolation, 2 extractions and a deep cleaning done. Dr Rahil Deepak and his staff were kind and professional. My pain was kept to a minimum. I will definitely return to A1 Dental in the future.

This guy told me i had 8 cavities and needed a 500 dollar crown! I went to dr johnson same day for a second opinion and he told me my teeth look great and the tooth that other dentist said needed to b drilled into and nedded a crown was perfectly fine! A1 dental doesnt care about you! They just want your money! Go to a dentist that cares!

Went in on an emergency appt. Doc extracted a tooth, and told me he wanted to save my teeth rather than extract the back rows of both sides (which many other dentists have told me they're going to do ) Only reason it is a 4 star is because I needed heavier pain meds & he said i needed to go to my doctor for it . regardless i havent been in pain since . * wish he would have been more clear about dry socket & the effects it could have .*

I just left this dentist in tears . My first visit was on 10/31/16 . They did the initial exam and x-rays . The dentist ( I did not get his name) was friendly and made me feel comfortable . He was patient even though I had my two kids (3 & 5) with me. He diagnosed me and sent me in an office to discuss my treatment with a young lady. We agreed we would work on the left side of my mouth on that day and I would return for the right side of my mouth on a future date . I got 4 fillings done with very little pain . I made my appointment to return to finish my treatment. I returned on 11/9/16 for a 5:00 appointment . I was taken back to the chair at 5:40 (this is fine as I know sometimes dentist/doctors run behind) I was greeted by a different dentist (Rahil Deepak DDS) He apologized for the wait I said it was fine . He had me open my mouth and started poking around and told me he was going to start working on the left side of my mouth . I was extremely confused and worried . I told him I wasn't sure why I needed more work done on the left because I was told by his other dentist that side was done . He poked around some more and said I need more work on the left side . Different dentist make different diagnosis and if I didn't like it I was free to leave and seek treatment in Ontario or wherever . (He doesn't have an office in Ontario so I am not sure why he mentioned Ontario as an alternative) I tried to express to him that I was confused and every time I began to talk he would just cut me off. At that point I said you know what I better leave . I already felt tears welling up and felt so embarrassed . I feared since he was already being so rude to me he may take it out on me and try to cause added pain while he performed his service . I told him I would like all my dental records and X-rays so I could seek service somewhere else as he had suggested . I also requested my kids records as well to see how much they had charged my insurance seeing as they had no cavities . I waited in the lobby for my records as I cried I just wanted to leave . He called me in a private office and tried to explain how each dentist will diagnose differently . I understand that. But it is unsettling when you are at the same exact office being told two different things . It's scary when a dentist is trying to fill at tooth that was just filled a week and a half ago. He said the other dentist that worked on me was just covering for him for a couple weeks . Each time I tried to talk he just cut me off. I left his office and waited for our records . He was standing right there . I told him how rude it was that he kept cutting me off and how he suggested I just go to another dentist in Ontario . The receptionist (Jocelyn) gave me the records and told me the other dentist who worked on me and taken my diagnosis with him when he left . Why didn't they just tell me this from the beginning ? Let me know they didn't have my initial diagnosis ? Either way I will never go back there . I will be reporting them to my dental insurance . As I left the girl tells me if. You don't want us to report your work to your insurance we won't . Why does hat even mean ?

Had a great experience. I had not been to the dentist in years and I was very scared of the possible pain. They accepted me and I had my 5 month old baby with me. Not only did they still see me, they even helped when she was fussing. Not once did they complain abt her fussing during my XRays. Received 4 fillings and I was free. Very gentle and accomadating. Also very clean. Love it here and will definitely recommend.
