In over 25 years of dental experience, Dr. Jenkins unparalleled commitment to patient care and advocacy have earned many awards, including the Distinguished Hoosier Award given by Indiana Governor Mike Pence in 2015. This award is among the highest levels of recognition in the State of Indiana, granted solely to Hoosiers who have brought admiration and respect to the state through superior character and achievements.
Dr. Jenkins has also been named a Health Care Hero by the Evansville Courier and received the Dr. Don G. Scroggins Award for Outstanding Political Advocate for Dentistry. In addition to fighting hard to provide dental care to her community in Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Jenkins has provided dental services to those in need overseas, including Zambia, Palestine, and remote parts of South America.
After graduating from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogot, Colombia, Dr. Jenkins completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. She continues to remain current on the latest advances in dentistry by attending conferences and continuing education courses to ensure the best possible care for every patient.

I have been a Certified Dental Assistantfor over 15 years for Dr. Jenkins. I enjoy working with Dr. Jenkins to improve the oral health of our wonderful patients. I assist in doing expanded duties like placing fillings and making temporaries.
I attended the University of Southern Indiana and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I have been with Dr. Jenkins since 2012 and enjoy working with her as we provide great oral health care for our patients.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful and professional. I went here because I wanted my teeth cleaned, whitened and my wisdom teeth removed. My experience with Dr. Jenkins was the more uncomfortable I've ever been in a dentist office. The day of my procedure to get my deep cleaning and wisdom teeth removed the staff did my cleaning which was fine. But when it was time to remove my wisdom teeth different story. I've never had surgery before or done this type of procedure. Dr. Jenkins used a needle to apply numbing medicine to the left side of my mouth, then immediately started to extract my tooth with some type of metal thing and began pushing on my wisdom tooth. Of course, I moved a little because of the pain. She got extremely frustrated with me and said to me " You know I do have other patients".... I had multiple encounters with Dr. Jenkins where she made comments about how I spoke in her office and how I need to turn my cell phone off during procedures. I found another dentist and never went back. I don't want to spend my hard earned money with a dentist that has no compassion for her patients. I'm only giving 1 star because her staff was truly amazing.

Great place ! Love Dr.Jenkins and her staff the two ladies that assist her are are wonderful. One of them have worked their for a long time the other is newer but they make the office so warm and inviting!

The staff is amazing. I asked for my daughter to have sometime of nerve medication before her procedure, and was told by Dr. Jenkins that she should be over it by her age. My daughter has a long history of mental illness, so this was very inappropriate and in necessary. We will not be returning.

DR JENKINS IS VERY KIND, INFORMATIVE, FAST AND EFFICIENT. I HAD 4 TEETH EXTRACTED WITH ALMOST NO PAIN THE FOLLOWING DAY. HER STAFF ARE WONDERFUL AS WELL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT.

I went here in July 2022, now the area that was worked on is extremely sensitive to temperatures. Hot or cold. I was also stuck with extra numbing stuff unexpectedly in the roof of my mouth. Really painful! She told me i had more than 18 cavities, this was extremely hard to believe. Proceed with caution. She also doesn't show much respect to her dental assistants, her mannerisms and words toward them were a bit condescending in my opinion. Lastly, she asked me to leave a 5 star review as soon as my procedure was done. Still fully numb up to my upper nose area. The effects of her work hadn't even set in.

Her receptionist Shelley told me how Jenkins is abusive to her staff, but Shelley is worthless as far as getting any accurate information. My insurance, and myself was overcharged. Then Jenkins had the audacity to send my a certified letter removing me as a patient. I removed myself from your scam of an office. This review is from at least a year ago, I'm unsure why Google is showing an incorrect timeline

Dr. Jenkins is amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and very talented at what she does. I am beyond pleased and happy with the work she did for me. She got right down to business and walked me through every step. Her team is fabulous as well. I would absolutely recommend a thousand times over!! I am beyond thrilled with my results!! I know, without a doubt, I chose the right place to go and the right doctor to take care of my needs!!

They have a great receptionist and awesome staff! Dr. Jenkins is absolutely wonderful! In just my 1st appointment she was able to see my issues, give me great instruction on what to do to fix those issues and when I went back for my 2nd appointment a week later, there was a huge improvement and we have a clear concise plan of proper treatment! This office even took great care of my husband! Highly recommend and so glad we switched here! They really take the time to spend with each and every patient and truly take the time to understand you! That means so much! They even keep the same staff with you to make your treatment even better! Thank you Dr. Jenkins and staff for everything!

I had a very good experience and will return. The doctor was professional, concise and informative; I was provided with everything I need to know to better my oral health. The dental assistant was equally if not more incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease - which was amazing and I am extremely grateful for due to the fact that I am generally very nervous about anyone poking and prodding around my teeth and gums.

Absolutely well organized and professional, I had 3 teeth that needed extracted, in just debilitating condition. The Doctor made time in her schedule (to which she was swamped) and managed to have the poise and compassion for all patients. I can't thank the Dr. and her staff enough for their professionalism and compassion to which I was taken care of most satisfying manner. Thank you and your office to call and check and see if I was improving for 2 days afterwards. Highly recommend

Worst dentist experience ever. I have trauma and PTSD from this experience and I will NOT ever go back to her. I had an appointment just to be examined for a wisdom tooth extraction and she rushed me in right away. She was very pushy. I was awake the whole time and barely numbed and felt every single thing. She was so rough, I thought I was going to fly out of the chair into the ceiling and blast off. I had swallowing issues that lasted more than a few days and swelling out of this world. She gave me no antibiotics and Tylenol for pain which I told her I was allergic to. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I had an emergency extraction to be done. They got me in and out within the hour. I have a huge fear of the dentist and the ladies did a good job with keeping my anxiety down. The dentist is never pleasant for me but I really appreciate the last minute scheduling and care they provided. A woman's touch indeed..I work recommend them.

I hate going to the dentist. I actually have a fear of it and can be very anxious when I am there. Because of this over the years I have stopped going after a few visits. The staff here are amazing! They are able to make me feel comfortable and they are so nice. I will continue to go here for my dental care. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

I've never had a good dental experience until I came to a woman's touch dentistry. Everyone I encountered was kind, Caring and respectful. From the first time I called they were 100% transparent with me. I got to see my x rays and the pictures they took of my teeth. They made sure I understood what was going down and what my insurance would or wouldn't cover. I will definitely be coming back !!!!!

Had an extraction 2 weeks ago..still have pain. Went in for 2nd extraction and they till me I still have a bill and it's gonna be 4 times what they charged me the first time...they are liars.. 3 weeks later and I still can't eat on my left side due to her butchering my mouth. Left chunks of tooth in my gums so can't even bit down on that side... My teeth in front and behind the tooth she extracted are so sore from her using them as leverage points to pry my tooth out... STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and efficient! You can tell Dr. Jenkins really cares about your oral health and strives to provide the best care possible. I've had several cavities filled prior to coming to Dr. Jenkins, but she by far has done some of the best work. 10/10 would recommend.
