This place has the worst scheduling and rescheduling. Ortho is only in 2x a month and always booked. The hours of this place are so confusing and they seem to be closed more then before. I really liked when they were a simple dentistry "just for kids" new owner is sloppy with hours. Mind you I've had my kids going for over 17 years so this review is legitimately a one star!

No problem checking in and appreciate the thorough cleanliness. But I didn't like their customer service from the front desk plus the dentist didn't like that I was still breastfeeding my daughter at her age when there's literally no evidence proving it

February 28, 2022 BEWARE. I was referred here by my daughter's primary dentist. He stated she had multiple cavities that needed to be fixed. Most were baby teeth but since there were so many, he referred her out. I later set up an appointment with this office. They didn't have the referral on file so they asked me to email it to them while I set up the appointment. A few days before the appointment, they called and asked for the referral once again. Day of the appointment, we go in and I fill out the electronic forms. We get called back, they do x-rays and an inspection by the dentist. The dental assistant (curly hair) racks up the total. I knew it was going to be a lot due to the multiple cavities so I informed them I would just want the adult tooth to be worked on. The dental assistant agreed that the amount was a lot and I had the option to do what was most important and come back at a later time to finish the rest of the work. I agreed to this and re-signed the procedure form. On a side note, they charge $143 for a 'Behavioral Management' blanket in the event a child can't calm down. They'll use it, and charge it. I asked them what happens if they don't use it, the assistant assured me they would let me know and not charge it. I said OK. Parents have to wait in the lobby so I did. After about 15-20 minutes, a different assistant (heavier set with glasses) comes out and says my daughter is going to need a buckle on a different tooth and sealants. I told her no thanks and to continue the work that was originally agreed upon. I let her know that this was already explained to me and that I would return a different time to get that done. I also informed her I didn't have the means for it and since they were 'baby teeth' and 'she has no pain', just to work on the adult tooth. The assistant acknowledged and went to the back and I to the waiting area. Another 15-20 minutes pass and my daughter is all done. The curly hair assistant assured me everything went fine and they did not need to use the blanket. She then proceeds to tell me all the work that was done along with the additional work I agreed to the other assistant. I then told her I refused any additional work and just wanted the adult tooth worked on. She then goes back (to i'm assuming the dentist) to let them know of this mistake. They then proceed to move me to a separate room (small, 2 chair room) and wait. Now both assistants (curly hair and heavy set) step into the doorway and the heavy set assistant says that they will bill the insurance for all the work completed and I can return to pay what the insurance does not cover. I refuse and tell them "I will not be back and will not be paying this bill". I did not agree to the additional work that was done on their behalf. Whether this is a type of fraud or misrepresentation on their end, I will not stand being charged for something I did not agree to. I have reached out to Delta Dental to inform them of this and will never return to this dental office again.

The hygienists and Orthodontists are amazing but the front office staff have a lot to be desired. After I paid in full over $3,100 after insurance, they changed their hours for the orthodontist to Fridays only, from 7am-1pm. Ok little inconvenience but we deal. Then my daughter breaks a bracket and I have to call and leave a message because their on call service does not respond. We get a call back to schedule within 2 days and get an apology for no response from the one call service. So I change my schedule at work and get up early for her appointment only to get a call 30 mins before the appointment informing us that it was cancelled. We know have to wait 2 weeks to be seen since they are only available on Fridays. I am frustrated and to top it off they are rude about it and don't even get an apology but we are 3 months in. Now, we come in for an appointment and check in 15 mins early. As we are waiting, two other patients that came in behind us go in and out. By this time its 35 minutes past our appointment time. I then go up to the front desk and am told that we were never checked in are now asked to get our temps checked. We have been sitting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and were never acknowledged except at check in. Talk about failure to have attention to detail but they do somehow see that the movie playing in the lobby is over and start a new movie. I really regret paying all the money up front but we are at their mercy because I didn't do my research. I hope in the end all of these headaches are worth the money I spent. Worst office staff ever!!

We took our 5 year old here to have two teeth capped and everyone made sure that he was very comfortable and relaxed. It was really helpful in making the dentists office a not so scary place.

Our first visit at this office. My son fell sick and so I had to reschedule. I called the Dental office and the front office receptionist Sarah came off very rude, she was able to reschedule but again was very rude and unprofessional. You want your first time patients to feel welcome and comfortable with being able to make or reschedule their appointments with no hassle and no attitude. That means acting professional and using your best customer service possible.

They're great, quick & easy. Only problem is, I've been contacting them for 3 weeks. I go to school during the day & they have weird hours. It's hard for me to get them to send me my toddler's dental record. I've requested them by email. This past week. I sent them the release forms. I had a break during class & had called them to see if they received my request form, for them to release the record to me & my ID. ALSO if it's been filled out correctly. The only response I had gotten was "let me check if we got it.. okay.. yes we did. We just haven't opened it yet............" I said okay, please check it & lmk! I had to go back to class. STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING, RECEIVED ANYTHING. Called for 3 weeks, emailed request forms for releases & even left voicemails EVERYDAY for them to send me the paperwork or at least call me back. My toddler is transferring, next week & NEEDS IT to start. I do in person schooling & I cannot miss class. I just need her dental records, can anyone help me.. because the people here really dgaf.

I brought my little brother in for his first dental visit. After sending in the required documents for me to have him treated, the dental staff got him seen immediately. Dr. Zarah was amazing, she made his first visit as comfortable as possible. He had a lot of issues and she was very kind, she did work on what was most important and we rescheduled for the rest of the treatment. Thank you to all the staff, we appreciate you!
