As Always, this place is awesome! Very Friendly Staff with patients and Parents who sit waiting. My Daughter loves them! (She has braces, so she sees them often)

Very friendly staff. Explained every detail Of treatment for my child. Made sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. Dr. Russell was also great my child was very happy with the experience.

I love A Smile 4U in Oxford!! They are always friendly! My kids love having Maddie clean their teeth..she is our favorite.....I would recommend them to anyone with children. I have a child that has a behavior disorder and he loves going to them!!! That speaks volumes because he hates everything and everyone but he loves going to the dentist because the staff is amazing and patient with him....

Only 2 of my children had an appointment the day I came in however my daughter had picked her capped off teeth and y'all managed to squeeze her in to make sure she was ok. And I'm so thankful it wasn't anything serious. Thank you

My experience was Amazing! Dr Edwards and her staff were all Amazing. I always thought they were a children's clinic, but I will now be a Big Kid bc they will be my new dentist !! Can't forget about Stephanie I think that was her name but she walked and talked me through everything. I can't lie after reading the bad reviews I was kinda skeptical but I received Great Service and Dr Edwards wasn't at all unprofessional she explained what I needed and talked me through my service. Jas was very professional as well. Now the young lady at the front desk could use a little more professional customer service each time I came in there she had that I don't want to be here and be bothered look, but who knows maybe she wasn't having such a Bright and day!

Was not satisfied this last go round. They automatically set me up a cleaning appointment and then get in there and I have to have a so call special type of cleaning. Also the hygienist who cleaned me and my daughter's teeth was so heavy handed that I had to literally push her out of my mouth. If I'm telling you that hurts then you need to ease up. This place is losing quality and are literally just filling job positions.

Could not have been more saststified with the staff and willingness to help when a broken wire played havoc unexpectedly while on vacation! Super nice and great people! Highly recommend

Drove over half an hour to go to my kids appointment and then they wouldn't see them because they said when they called me to remind me of my appointment I didn't answer and confirm it. My two kids appointments were given to someone else and they would not see us. When I said that I didn't cancel the appointment they said well its policy if you don't confirm when we call to remind you then we don't keep the appointment. I never even got a voicemail. Also, I had thought this was a pediatric dentist office because of the colorful sign and cartoons but it is not.
