This dentist was not for me. She completely disregarded everything I said. I took my child to see her twice. She wanted my child to use nitrous I completely think it's unnecessary my child is easy going and was not freaking out. My child was already in the chair the first time when I said no and the dentist caught an attitude because I refused. Then upon our next visit they wanted to do nitrous once again and I of course refused. They tried to reschedule her. I decided I was going to look for a different dentist. We live in America and have the right to refuse medication especially if it's not necessary.

The Ortho team is always so helpful and nice! Chris and the crew always give the best treatment. I suggest that is you want braces and you live in the Hiram location, this is the place to be!

Great doctors here . Dr.Sabbagh are very good with the kids and Dr.Oulette is a great orthodontist . Nice dentist to come check out . Very nice staff

I can't express enough do not patronize this dental facility, in all my 40 plus years I've never experienced such poor customer service from a dental office, from leaving you on hold and and never coming back to the phone, the ladies who answer the phone will just put you on hold and not say hold on you'll think the phone hung up but they put u on hold smh, I had 2 fillings to come out from the previous Dentist smh and to add insult to injury they had the audacity to tell me I would have to pay a consult fee of $130 becuz they now have a new Dentist after they already have all my dental records on file!! Needless too say I'll never go back LOL

I brought my 2 year old son for his very first check up and cleaning. Dana the hygienist was absolutely brilliant, making the whole experience a fun game, easing his fears and, well, it's the next day, and he just said he wants to go back to the dentist! Thank you!

My granddaughter loves going to the dentist here. They make it fun for her and she always comes out smiling. The hygienist, doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful.
