I've been sitting here for over an hour now. The entire waiting room is frustrated because this place is a mess and disorganized. They keep messing up appointments. The receptionist is talking about patients right here at the desk with his a HIPAA violation as well as unethical. Then both receptionists started speaking in Spanish talking ugly about patients. I can understand Spanish. It was an awful experience.

I just got home from a long day but I had my appointment earlier this morning and I recently had a really good look at my teeth in the mirror. I would like to say Amy did an amazing job with my deep cleaning today and I'm very thankful for that. I would also like to thank the whole team for making me feel welcomed and very comfortable with my visit. Definitely would recommend.

The Cartersviile office is the best office. They make seeing the Dentist exciting. Dr. Sabbagh is very kind and cool. Kayla is an awesome DA.

This place is absolutely ridiculous!! My sister had a "dentist" that worked on her mouth and they didn't give her any numbing agency's, she sat there and cried for 30 minutes because the "dentist" told her "your a big girl you can take it, grabbed her face and told her to sit still" this is ridiculous I wish I could give 0 stars this is obscured!!

The Cartersville office is so friendly. The front desk greets you right upon entering! Check in with online paperwork is fast and easy. The hygienist and dental assistants explain everything very easily. They even did fillings the same day after cleaning. Great office and friendly staff.

They greeted me immediately upon walking in the office and I got in very quickly. Lauren took care of me. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole appointment. I will ask for Lauren when I schedule my next appointment.

We had the best experience today ,braces can be a scary thing & Nicki was so sweet & kind & professional & Joe office manager is very helpful Thank you all for making a scary situation for a 12 year old( who was so nervous ) a great one !

I got a second opinion because this dentistry told me my 5-year old autistic son needed to be sedated for a couple of cavities. I took my son to a different dentist office close by, and they said they do not see anything wrong with my sons teeth. A Smile 4 U are a bunch of crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Be aware.

This place is a joke. Wait 5 weeks for an appointment just to be canceled. Finally get get in with a rude "alleged" Dentist who does nothing but look into my daughters mouth and tell her to make another appointment to see a hygienist who is only on 2 times a week. She was in pain and nothing was done or suggested but to make an appointment again. Staff is extremely rude and we definitely won't be back. #dobetter

The hardest people ever to get an appointment with. Have been trying to get my braces off for 3 months. They either won't answer the phone or tell me an orthodontist will have to call me back, then they never call back. Won't be back once I get them off. I have called every 30 minutes for the past 2 days and nobody will answer the phone. By far the worst place you could take your business to. Update after finding another dentist, he told me I have TMJ from having braces on so long with no adjustments and that most of my filling a smile for you did are messed up. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
