Being a Pediatric dentist is something I love. For nearly 25 years, I have been passionate about providing wonderful smiles through expert dentistry. In 2007, A Small World Pediatric Dentistry was established with the goal to change lives through quality care in a safe environment.
Cultivating long-lasting relationships with families, and watching our patients grow is my greatest professional reward. My primary focus is the children I serve. Every child is unique and has different personalities and needs. A Small World specializes in recognizing the specific approach needed for each child.
Experience and expertise matter. I received my dental degree at Universidad Central de Venezuela. Then, I continued my training in Pediatric Dentistry at The University of Connecticut Health Center. After completing my residency training, I was a Clinical Instructor for the Pediatric Dental Department completing a fellowship program. There, I was awarded with the Graduated Student Research Award by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
I have maintained long term memberships with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Western Pediatric Association, and the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry. My certifications and educational requirements are current.
My husband and daughter are my life blessings. During our time together, we enjoy simple things like staying home, cooking, and watching movies. Recently, golf has become are new family hobby. We cultivate our faith by participate in our church and community events. We enjoy traveling to visit family, friends, and exciting new places.
Dr. Logan Mariano was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. He attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania where he earned his bachelors degree in Anatomy and Physiology. During this time Dr. Mariano became passionate about pursuing a profession in dentistry.
After earning is bachelors degree, he moved to Philadelphia and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University. Dr. Mariano continued his education at Loma Linda University in Southern California. While attending Loma Linda, he received his Master of Science in Dentistry.
He has extensive experience with behavioral management, trauma, oral conscious sedation, and general anesthesia. His passion is serving the unique oral health needs of children. Dr. Mariano places great value in watching his patients grow throughout the years. He believes that helping children not only helps the patient, but also helps the overall family. Interacting with parents and hearing young patients stories about sports, school, etc. is extremely rewarding.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mariano enjoys exercising and exploring the outdoors. Growing up in central Pennsylvania facilitated interests such in hiking, kayaking, and fishing. Sedona is a favorite spot, and where you may bump into Dr. Mariano.

At A Small World Pediatric Dentistry, we welcome infants through adolescents, offering worry-free and gentle care. We work to build open communication and trust, learning who each child is, respecting their parents concerns, and providing a welcoming and safe environment.
Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with each family, from initial visit until the child transitions to an adult dentist. These relationships, based on mutual respect and communication, ensure parents and children are confident they are receiving the ideal care for their needs.

A Small World Pediatric Denistry is absolutely amazing! The dental assistants and the dentists are all amazing! They are all so sweet, kind and PATIENT with our little ones! The entire atmosphere and feel of the entire place especially while our little ones are being treated there is very loving, kind and uplifting and they do a lot to make our babies feel comfortable there by talking so sweet to them and being positive and encouraging to them. For the times one of our kids may be over and done with the visit such a crying, screaming, yelling etc they always only ever been loving, kind, patient and just so understanding and that means SO much to us as parents!

Small World Pediatric Dentistry are very professional and friendly. The staff explain each procedure in detail and that makes you feel confident. I have a son who was with them for years, he is now an adult and we have to go out but I am very grateful for all her care over the years, all the doctors who recommended us for other procedures are excellent too. I cannot express how thankful I am to have this amazing team as our dentist office. My daughter has a bunch of dental issues, as well as anxiety about anything possibly painful. When she needed two teeth extracted, I was so nervous that it would go poorly and she would be scarred forever. We have seen both dentists, and they are wonderful, but Dr. Mariano is who did her extractions. He was absolutely incredible. He let us take our time to get comfortable and never made us feel rushed. He explained everything to me, and to my daughter, in terms she could understand. He was kind, gentle, and turned the experience into a great day for my daughter. Not a single tear, and she left the office laughing and joking with the staff. She even asked me to write a review so other kids would know: "There is nothing to be afraid of- it didn't even hurt a little bit!" We are so incredibly grateful for this team!! Thank you, Dr. Mariano!

We have been going to A Small World for almost 8 years now. We love it! Dr Vasquez and her staff are knowledgeable, fun, warm and caring. My oldest daughter had a hard time going to the dentist for years (not fear just a very strong gag reflex) she was always welcomed with patience and understanding, and she loves going to the dentist. Would totally recommend!

I have been taking my three kids to Dr Vasquez since we moved here 4 years ago. Her technicians are always friendly and gentle with my kids. She recommended an amazing orthodontist for my oldest who actually comes to her office once a month or has a location close on Shea. I originally chose A Small World because they are so close to my house and had great reviews, and now I can confirm the great reviews and recommend this office myself.

Having a child on the autism spectrum makes going to the dentist especially hard. Everyone at Small World is AMAZING! They are always so accommodating, patient and gentle with my daughter. Since we have found Dr. Vasquez, going to the dentist is a non-issue. We couldn't be happier!
