They are ok. i'll be honest, i'm very high tolerance when it comes to pain and discomfort. I leave most dentist appointments quite content. but the tool she used to clean my teeth was very uncomfortable. it was squeaking like it was old! and even when i flinched a bit - which i normally don't do - she just kept going in relentlessly to which I just had to indicate as best as i could (being my mouth was pretty preoccupied) if she could move away and onto the next tooth. I didn't like that feeling or that sound. Also she wasn't giving me adequate opportunity to let the suction suction all the saliva that was puddling in my mouth. Dont get me wrong, she was sweet as can be, but that tool gotta go! Another thing that I noticed and it bothered me was that the little sink on the side that you spit into seemed to be 'clogged up'. Like there was already liquid in it when i sat down. i don't think it was the from the last person in that chair, i'm sure probably just doesn't drain well, but I didn't like that. It should be cleaned and drained. Other than that, everyone was very personable and friendly. there was ample parking. The building was decent. Elevators run smoothly. There was handicap entrance and doors, and even some wheelchairs at the entrance for those that need it. i thought that was nice. it's a big building with other offices. The bathroom was clean.

I have been going to A+ dental for about 20 years. They take their time, and work very hard to save teeth. Your not a rushed number, so they can make money. They are very kind too! My mother in law, flys to CT, just to go there. I would never go anywhere else!

The staff is friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist Stephanie is amazingly thorough when performing cleanings. Dr. Madera has an expert hand in taking care of any dental procedures. I recommend this dental office for adults and children.

Love my dentist. Very thorough with explaining procedures and front office and manager are sensitive to each individual personal case. Happy place!!!!

I called to set an appointment for me and my son. however, the lady that answered the phone couldn't find my son insurance information in their system so i requested for her to make the appointment like as though he didn't have insurance and if anything i would just pay out of pocket because its not a big deal. She went on to telling me that maybe at the last dentist that i went to they do things like that but here "This is not how we roll". like ok so ghetto and i made sure to let her that it was. hopefully the manager will school her on how to communicate to future patient. so unprofessional.

absolutely love Dr. Gupta!! She is the best at informing, caring, treating, and recommending the best plan of care for her patients. I have never gone to any other dentist; and it is my least favorite place to be but I never have trouble with her. Even the hygienist are wonderful! They have accommodated me in an emergency without hesitation and were patient with my circumstances and ALWAYS make every effort to meet our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. As a nurse, they definitely know how to put patient care as their priority. A+++++
