During this pandemic season they are seriously taking all the precautions to protect their patients. My son is five so I came into the office with him and even though he was a little unsure about everything. Dr. Williams and the entire staff went above and beyond making him feel comfortable... I work in medical and the care that these people have isn't taught... it comes natural. They truly have great caring people. I would recommend this office to anybody with children.

I would definitely recommend this dentist office. This was my son's first dentist visit and the staff did an amazing job of making our experience a pleasant one. From the time I made an appointment the ladies on the phone were very kind and helpful. Once at the dentist office it was well-lit, kid friendly, and clean. The staff and dentist was very friendly, patient, thorough and informative. I loved the positive energy displayed throughout the office even as we were leaving!!!

I definitely recommend you bring your children here if you are looking for a pediatric dentist. My children range in ages from 2-11yrs old and not one of them shed a tear! The staff was so professional and the customer service was outstanding! Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and patient with the children. Dr. Williams and her entire staff are remarkable, seriously. We are new to GA & I am so thankful the search for a pediatric dentist can stop here.

BEST DECISION EVER to bring my son to this practice. He suffered a traumatic experience at Childrens Dentistry of Smyrna where he was held down while screaming (during peak of Covid, I was not permitted to be present). I did not think any dental office could handle him because he was scared to even step foot in a dental office. The staff here are the most patient and truly caring people I could have found. I was ELATED with how they handled my sons anxiety and made him feel comfortable. He now has no fear at all to return to see Dr Howard. I am so grateful to the entire staff for going above and beyond for their patients. I chose this office based on reviews, and I can say they are all correct! Five stars is not enough!

I love love love this dentist! It was our son's first visit to the dentist and they made him feel so comfortable and open to the experience. The staff is amazing upon entry, even when coming out to check you in. They made us feel great as parents and gave honest and helpful critiques. I look forward to making this our permanent dentistry home.

What an amazing experience. They were so good I didn't want want to review them because I want to make sure I have an appt when I need one in 6o months. But seriously, if you can get an appointment hear do it, because the team is awesome! My son had an awesome experience.
