I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction for May. The day I was supposed to go in for my consolation they called me only a few hours before the appointment and cancelled on me. They never explained why and when I called back that same day asking why my appointment was cancelled last minute the operator said she would have the office call me back so they could email me an explanation. It's been a week and a half and I have yet to get a call or email. I've called multiple time and now I am not getting through to anyone. I need in writing why I was denied and cancelled on. P.S. I have doubled checked before and after that yes, they do take my insurance and yes my insurance will cover and pay them for a wisdom tooth extraction so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I want to give my best effort to give anyone whoever decides to show up like I didand get anything done; Obviously they are not paying me or anyone is helping with my decision. I read everyone's complaint and whatever before going. Hell I was skeptical but I did go, w that mentality and told them about it. They laughed with me lol and said no worries. My appointment was at 11am and I had gotten there at 1030. When I got there everyone was cool and the doctors knew exactly what he was doing. I was nervous almost anxiety border line and sat down they said you'll be fine no worries and bam I'm home ahahahaa. Super nice and professional I was literally in and out. So yes maybe they had a turn over long ago during pandemic nobody wanted to work and of course the government was giving out money but look I'm cool I'm on pain but they gave me all of the medicine necessary. I think alot of these other people with a few lower reviews had some other stuff going on. Anyways I'm good!

The waiting was crowded, but everyone seemed to move quickly onto their appt. My son and I waited about 10 mins. or so, didn't seem long as he filled out his paperwork. Dr. Smith was very nice and did a great job discussing the removal of his wisdom teeth with him. Scheduled an appt. in Quakertown's office for his extraction and the staff was very nice. Dr Smith did a great job and my son was only back there for maybe 20mins. Dr. Smith prescribed pain meds., mouth rinse, antibiotic and a steriod pack, which was great to not have to worry about during my sons recovery. Needless to say, not only did the whole experience go nicely, my son had minimal pain other than the first day and a half. No swelling whatsoever! He didn't even have to take the pain meds. after the first day and a half! Thank you so much Dr. Smith and the staff!!!

Never a wait, staff very friendly. Doctor extremely gentle. No if someone would call me back re an emergency appointment it's been 2 days.

Awful!!! Made an Oral surgeon appointment. It was canceled 3 different times because dr had an emergency. Interested in why every Tuesday that happens?

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the receptionist, from the dental office, called me back; the day after my initial contact, they got me an appointment within a week. The staff was pleasant and the doctor was efficient; I was in and out of office within 1/2 hour. The doctor referred me to the oral surgeons' office where I had once been a client, and the oral surgeon created some problems with my jaw. But I know he is no longer at this practice so I am willing to give them another try. I will let you know how it goes.

This is by far the worst place dental office ever. Both the dentists office and oral surgeons office was horrible. I have been calling for weeks and nobody has responded. I keep getting told we will send them an email and have them call you back. Nobody ever calls. This place needs to be shut down.

I Went for consultation and set appt to remove a tooth giving me pain. Get a call the morning of appt. Dr. Smith is sick with fever and have to reschedule. They schedule me 2 weeks out knowing I am in pain. They should have made an attempt to get me in ASAP. Not Happy!!! Update. Finally got my tooth extracted. Dr Smith is a nice guy. A little rough but he knows his stuff very well. Rather have a dentist who is all about his practice in taking care of his patients. All good so far. Changing my review to 4 stars. Thank you

Was referred from across the hall bc I have 2 horrible infected teeth to be removed. They didn't have a open apt for over a month so I took it. They than called me to tell me they had a cancellation for the next Monday which of course I jumped on. (They only do mondays they told me). Than called me the day of less than 3 hours prior to appointment to let me know that the dentist no longer takes my insurance and they are calling to cancel my appointment. Horrible experience with them! Just moving here & being referred there - such a waste of time!!!!!!!!

The office personnel are completely incompetent, was told one co pay when setting the appointment in person after a consultation, then assured if preauthorization through insurance did not cover the balance I would be notified. That never happened and the day of service was charged an additional amount. Was told this amount must be paid in full or service could not be performed per policy, paid with a card, then a year later received a bill for the amount I was told I couldn't be later billed for. THEN I had to find my receipts to prove the credit card was charged. Will never deal again, would never refer. Go anywhere else.

My mother went here in February. She paid for a denture. They told her it would be ready in 2 weeks. nothing. She tries to call and they don't answer. She went to the office, they don't know where it is. They won't refund the money. We will be filing a complaint with the department of state, the dentistry board, and the better business bureau. To take payment, not deliver a product, and not return calls is unconscionable. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could leave zero I would. Referred here from insurance (my regular dentist searched for another surgeon- should have opened my eyes then). I spent 2 weeks calling and leaving messages only to find out they are only in office on Mondays. Finally got in touch with someone to schedule emergency oral extraction with REFERRAL FROM DENTIST ALREADY. I was offered September 14th for a consult appointment not an extraction. I just spent 2.5 weeks on antibiotics I'd rather not wait. Awful service. Not sure how insurance companies recommend this place.
