I want to thank Dr. Duncan and his staff at A One Day Dentures Family Dentistry. I have always been afraid of the dentist. Coming here they made me feel so relaxed and I wasnt nervous at all. They are the kindest group of people I have ever met. I also have to say they make the best teeth. No one knows my teeth are false without me telling them. I can smile and not feel ashamed. I love my new teeth. Thank you so much!!!
Dr. Duncan was warm, professional and talented and I came away with a set of lovely teeth that make me proud to smile. Swati was also a kind and efficient assistant, as were the women at the front desk (Heather & Melanie) and Francine in billing; all worked in tandem to provide a pleasant and satisfying experience.
Dentist! I have been avoiding dental work for years before my visit today. I plan to do 100% maintenance on my teeth to have a healthier set of teeth and attractive smile. The staff was warm and inviting. The dentist was thorough and yet, made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be sending others. Great Job!!

The provider that I hate to switch up is my Dentist. I really try to limit the people that I have working on my mouth. But today I gave up, it's been a few years since I've had a smooth appointment here but tolerated the mishaps -bad crown, doctor no show, long waits, inaccurate billing. There was a little bit of a debate as to who would service me first and it just bothered me to listen after waiting to be serviced. Each minute I waste comes at a cost to me. My last visit, I had a great visit with the new hygienist but didn't see the Dentist- receptionist said that I didn't schedule -again after a wait anticipating seeing both. I've been seeing a dentist/hygienist since elementary school, I'm over 50 now and I have NEVER had a cleaning without both. When I spoke with Dr. Drake's assistant, she quickly pointed out that I cancelled my last appointment. But she also told me that the last hygienist didn't document my visit with her. She also shared staffing issues-the plight of the world at this point. Wishing them the best, but today was my sign that it's time to move on.

One particular receptionist at this Southfield location makes it bad for the entire staff as a whole. She is the bad apple that will ultimately cause this office to continually lose business. Moments after I left my dental visit I called to leave a message for my dentist to have him contact me at his convenience and was met with after several wasted minutes of her disrespectfully insisting I relay my message through her specifically I politely declined and she later agreed to relay the message. Needless to say she never relayed the message, the office closed for the day and my concerns were never addressed.

Excellent dental office, especially for patients needing partials/dentures. About 10 years ago this office (on 14 Mile Road then) provided me with an upper denture which has been problem-free. Toay I'm getting a full lower denture, and I've no worries, even about the extractions which are part of the process in my case. Highest recommendations, especially for seniors!

I broke my flipper on Sunday, I found A One Day Dentures web site, I am so glad that I chose this place!!! I got there and my wait wasn't long. The reception was so friendly and patient, and just GREAT(In my tony the tiger voice)! Dr Thuse explained every step to me, the dental assistant was clear and transparent about any and all charges. I left there feeling satisfied, and I would recommend this place to anyone (with TEETH or needing teeth )

I was there at 10:45 am and out at 4:42 pm with a beautiful set of NEW Dentures and they stay over for me. I am very happy and the staff were Great !!!! Thank you all
