(Translated by Google) Complete lack of professionalism of the administrative staff and the prescribed treatment. I do not recommend this sharashkin office to anyone. I have never seen such an attitude even in Russia. (Original) Polnyi neproffisionalizm administrativnogo personala i naznachennogo lecheniia. Ne rekomenduiu nikomu etu sharashkinu kontoru. Dental work was fine, but am very unhappy that the provider did not verify insurance coverage prior to providing services and billed me for services that I would not have accepted, had I known that insurance would not cover them. Will never use this provider again and will advise anyone who asks to steer clear.

This office is very professional, and will certainly be coming back for future visits! I was looking around for a good dentist that also accepted my insurance, however they all had waits that were booked out months in advance, thankfully Dr. Belikov and his office was able to find me an appointment in less than a week! They genuinely took the time to work with me, not only regarding dental care but also with the financial side of things. His dental hygienists and front desk crew are all very friendly and personable, while maintaining professionalism. Furthermore, they took time to talk to me about any concerns or pains but also made attempts to learn about me as not only a patient but a person. For Dr. Belikov himself, he was able to get me in and out in record time and even gave me advice on how to reverse the progression of the early stages of cavities between my teeth. It was clear through my visit that the priority is addressing actual issues while also making sure that I knew what precautions to take at home to avoid the issues getting worse. I'm pretty happy to have finally found a dentist and staff that is all friendly, affordable (no surprise charges, what I was told over the phone was exactly what I was charged after my visit), and straightforward.

I have to say that i have been to this dentist more than 3 times, first of all i am a nurse and only am able to work part time, hence that is why i must have "government insurance." per this dental office, i I as a nurse cannot imagine treating someone badly because of their insurance, i pay a lot for this insurance. This dentist never would never even explain any procedure to me, he only ever stated " your insurance doesn't pay anything." i had an xray of my teeth on 5-15-17 which showed the "huge cavity.' When i got my teeth cleaned in november the hygienist stated "you have a cavity.' SO I MADE AN APPT FOR A FILLING, when i came in the dentist said "this is huge, the decay is below the gum." I was terrified, why didn't he mention this in May when it was shown on the dated xray? He told his assist, to refer me for extraction and left the room.
